Top NBA Player Prop Picks for Monday, March 4

Ready to get some action down in the Association? Check out our top NBA player prop picks for Monday, March 4 right here. Good luck!

Our best bet of Monday night happens to come in the least attractive game of the night. Put your money on rookie forward Taylor Hendricks of the Utah Jazz to record a double-double before it’s too late! With Walker Kessler and Lauri Markkanen out against Washington, this is a must play.

F Taylor Hendricks (UTA) OVER 0.5 Double-Doubles (3.25x)

Hendricks and the Jazz are in a perfect spot tonight against the Wizards at home. First off, Utah is without Walker Kessler, Lauri Markkanen, and Otto Porter, so rebounding opportunities will come early and often for Hendricks, who was one of the most athletic prospects coming out of this past draft class.

Securing 7 or more boards in four of his last five outings, Hendricks should have his best game of his NBA career tonight after earning the trust of Will Hardy and company against a Wizards team on a 14-game losing streak. With an expanded role on the horizon, play this down to +300.

F LeBron James (LAL) OVER 32.5 PTS+AST

Since joining the Lakers, LeBron has been dominant against OKC, scoring 27.5 PPG and dishing it out 7.5 times per game in 11 matchups. Hitting this 33 PTS+AST mark in two of his last four against the red-hot Thunder, look for James and the Lakers to have an upper hand tonight on offense against a young team that just played their hearts out in Phoenix.

While expecting this game to stay close, James should be the best player on the court tonight in a game LA needs after dropping a tight one to Denver on Saturday night.

F Deni Avdija (WAS) OVER 10.5 REB+AST

One small bright spot for the Wizards this season has been 6’9 forward Deni Avdija. Deni has averaged 20 PPG last month while putting up 12 REB+AST per contest.

Moving on to this matchup against Utah, who allow the most assists per game and who are without big men Lauri and Kessler, this is a matchup for Deni to attack. Look for the forward to lead the Wizards in rebounding and secure his 4th 10-rebound game in the last eight contests.

G Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (OKC) OVER 6.5 AST

On a back-to-back against a team that allows the 5th-most APG this season and the 2nd-most APG over their last three contests, look for Superstar Shai to pick the Lakers defense apart by finding his shooters on the outside.

Since the beginning of 2023, SGA has dropped 7+ assists in four of five contests, so look for this trend to continue in what should be a close contest.
