One area we found BetRivers truly excelled was the overall betting experience. We are huge advocates for shopping odds for every bet you place, however, BetRivers' juice is so low you can almost skip that step and assume you're getting the best price.
Parlay & Teaser Building
As soon as multiple selections populate in the bet slip, typically as soon as they're clicked, the parlay and round-robin options appear. Within the parlay build screen, it's easy to see the list of games included with associated odds, allowing users to remove any one leg with one click.
The Teaser+ dropdown will also appear below the list of selected wagers where eligible. When expanded, this section will display the options for 6, 6.5, 7, and 10-point teasers, along with matching reverse teaser options and the correlating odds.
Submitting Bets
This is one of our favorite parts of the user experience. With several betting apps and sites, players must manually enter their wager amount with the keypad. Not a huge hassle, but it requires a few keystrokes.
BetRivers members have one-click dollar amount options on-screen to increase their wagers in increments of $1, $5, $10, $50, and $100, in addition to the ability to make changes by specific dollar amounts from 0-9 and add in a decimal if they'd like to make a bet with a non-round number.
It's a relatively small feature, but it makes the experience of placing a wager that much simpler and more enjoyable.
Live Betting
The BetRivers Sportsbook app offers real-time action across a seriously wide berth of domestic and international sports. The spectrum of options starts from the four major sports in the U.S. and expands to offerings like European women's handball.
We wagered on an English Premier League match pre-game and used the app to monitor updates throughout the first half. BetRivers has an easy-to-follow display that shows the field, which team has the ball and where, and updates the user with what's going on during the action as it unfolds.
These updates included changes in possession, the development of a team's attack on their opponent's half of the field, locations of any set pieces given after fouls, graphics that display attempted shots, shots that were on target or missed the net, and the resulting outcome.
The odds for live wagers, such as the next team to win a corner kick for the soccer match, update in real-time below the live graphics.
We checked on a live Euroleague basketball game in the fourth quarter for those who like to get deep in the weeds of sportsbook offerings. The BetRivers app presented an option to view the live stream, which worked immediately upon being clicked. The feed was consistent and had good audio to boot.

Creating an account and making a first deposit with BetRivers is a pretty seamless process. We signed up and deposited within five minutes of downloading the app.
The one deposit offer we thought needed to be included was the ability to use payment apps such as PayPal or Venmo to move funds into a BetRivers account. That said, connecting a bank account took less than two minutes to complete and we were up and running quickly.

Even if betting on European soccer, 9:30 a.m. gives you plenty of time to get answers to your questions. BetRivers does not offer phone support at the moment, but Rush Street Interactive could change that in the near future.

On Android's Play Store marketplace, BetRivers has struggled to impress customers to the same degree. It's not uncommon to see the same apps have higher ratings through the App Store, although this is a broader dispersion than others. They're currently showing a 3.6-star rating with around 1,100 reviews submitted.
After some combing through the user-submitted reviews, the most common reasons for negative reviews stem from customers noting issues with the speed and ease of withdrawing available funds and inconsistent geolocation that interrupted the particular casino game they were playing at the time.
From experience, withdrawing funds was relatively straightforward after making an initial deposit from a linked bank account. The app states the ACH transfer should take 3-5 business days to arrive. If that changes, we'll be sure to update this review.
