2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson Live Odds and Our Best Bets

Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry took home the win last week at the Zurich Classic. They also split more than $2.5 million in prize money! Holy Cow! Neither golfer will be competing at this week's CJ Cup Byron Nelson, much to the delight of the rest of the field.

Ready for some more PGA Tour action? We've got you covered! Check out the live odds and our best bets for the 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson, which starts on May 2.

Adam Scott (-120) OVER Tom Hoge

Adam Scott is working off back-to-back Top 25 finishes. He finished tied for 14th at the Valero and then most recently, he was tied for 22nd at the Masters.

He is in the top of the TOUR in strokes gained in both putting (16th) and total driving (15th). He has 2 top 10 finishes in his last 3 starts here at TPC Craig Ranch.

He is opposed here by Tom Hoge, who has missed the cut here and finished 67th and 43rd in 3 of his last 4 starts on the same track. He most recently missed the cut at the Zurich and will have his hands full trying to top Scott this weekend.

Seamus Power (-110) OVER Mark Hubbard

In his last 3 starts at TPC Craig Ranch, Hubbard has finished no better than 32nd. For Power, he has not finished worse than 19th during the same number of recent starts.

In his most recent tournament, at the RBC Heritage, finished tied for 12th. Hubbard has been playing well recently, including a 3rd place finish last week at the Zurich, but we believe Power will be able to outduel him here on a course he has had strong success at in recent years.

Top 40 Finish: Nate Lashley (+160 at FanDuel)

In 4 of his last 5 starts this season, Lashley has finished inside the Top 40. He is 33rd on TOUR in total strokes gained and 33rd in driving accuracy.

Here at TPC Craig Ranch, he has three Top 30 finishes in the last 4 years. If Lashley can make the cut, he should have no problem finishing inside the Top 40 once again here.

Top 40 Finish: Ryan Palmer (+190 at DraftKings)

We are backing Palmer strictly on his past success at the Byron Nelson on this course. He finished 5th in 2022 and then followed that up with an 8th place finish last season.

Beware, he has missed the cut in 4 of his 9 starts this season and only finished inside the Top 40 once.

Top 40 Finish: Bronson Burgoon (+310 at FanDuel)

Burgoon started his season off with a 14th place finish at the American Express but has struggled ever since. He has missed the cut in half of his events since that 14th finish.

However, here at the Byron Nelson, he has finished in 16th and 13th in his 2 starts throughout his career. The value we are getting makes this play a must but with a smaller wager.

Top 40 Finish: Peter Kuest (+115 at DraftKings)

This may be our favorite play of the weekend. Peter Kuest has played in only limited events this season. In his 2 starts, he has finished tied for 10th at the Valero and then tied for 9th at the Corales.

Last year, in his 1st time competing at TPC Craig Ranch, he managed to find his way into the Top 15 with a 14th place finish. We like Kuest to continue his positive momentum here this weekend.
