Just months after PrizePicks appointed its first Chief Legal Officer, the company has now made two notable changes to its leadership structure. As part of efforts to consolidate its position as North America's largest fantasy sports operator, the company announced appointments to two Vice President positions.
Joining the senior leadership team of PrizePicks are two renowned gaming experts. Elisa Richardson, former Head of Communications and Public Relations at BetMGM, was appointed the Vice President of Strategic Communications. On the other hand, Brian Huss joined PrizePicks as Vice President of Innovation, ending his short stint at Buzzer as Vice President of Product.

Richardson Tasked with Leading Internal and External Comms at PrizePicks
Indications from previous appointments prove that PrizePicks has an eye for top talent. Prior to leading communications and public relations at BetMGM, Richardson gained career exposure with stints at CBS Sports, FanDuel, and Turner Sports. But she has not always been in communications and relations. At several times, she led innovation, growth, and product teams at top sports and media brands.

Elisa Richardson will exercise oversight functions over media relations, corporate communications, and strategic positioning as well as responsible gaming messaging.
She will lead all aspects of management strategy that impact PrizePicks on a national scale. The aim of her appointment is to bring consistency to messaging and strategy in the company while also amplifying the firm's success stories.
Huss Committed to Expanding PrizePicks' Skill-Based Fantasy Offerings
As Vice President of Innovation, Brian Huss will work alongside the senior leadership team to improve the company's existing collection of skill-based fantasy games. Huss has a career spanning over 20 years, including product-related roles at FanDuel, WarnerMedia, CBS Interactive, Viacom, and Comedy Central.
At FanDuel, Huss led Daily Fantasy Sports, Faceoff (skill gaming), and Free to Play initiatives. His stint at WarnerMedia involved coordinating advanced technology for fantasy and general gaming content for NBA Digital, a subsidiary of Warner Bros.
"Over the past few years, I've watched PrizePicks marry fun, challenging gameplay with an intuitive user interface. I couldn't be more excited for the challenge of building on that success by helping to introduce a host of new skill-based products and games," Huss remarked as PrizePicks shared news of his appointment.
Huss is a regular commentator on fantasy sports and player mindset from a product development perspective. It is believed that his appointment will herald significant growth at PrizePicks.
As an industry veteran, Huss has the resources to further expand gaming offerings while also bringing innovative gaming systems to the general PrizePicks ecosystem.
