Pascal Siakam UNDER 24 Points
Pascal Siakam has been a great contributor to the Raptors all season. His 25 points per game are a career-high, and he continues to impress in his seventh NBA season. However, we’re recommending the under on his point total for two reasons.
First, he is coming off a 37-point, 40-minute performance on Wednesday, and we’re anticipating that he is slowed down tonight. He could have a minutes reduction, depending on how the Raptors are doing in the game.
The second reason is that he has not been great against the Jazz in his career. In 13 games against the Jazz, he has averaged just 15.5 points per game, including a 21-point performance against the Jazz last week. While we love the way that Siakam has impacted the Raptors this year, we are taking the under on his point total tonight.
Buddy Hield OVER 3.5 Three-Pointers Made
Buddy Hield is on something of a hot streak. He has scored 16 or more points in his past three games and has made four or more three-pointers during this span.
Hield is shooting over 40 percent on three-point field goals on the season and looks to continue his hot shooting ways tonight.
Although the Suns only allow 11.4 made threes per game, we like Hield’s odds to stay hot tonight. Look for Hield to hit the over on his three-pointer prop tonight.
Donovan Mitchell UNDER 24.5 Points
Donovan Mitchell is on a bit of a cold spell. Despite his early season impact for the Cavaliers, he has struggled as of late. He is averaging 26.8 points per game on the season but hasn’t eclipsed the 24-point mark since January 12th.
This paired with the fact Mitchell averages 23.9 points per game against the Pelicans in his career, is enough to steer us away from the over tonight.
In their last meeting on January 16th, he put up just 11 points as well. Look for the under to hit tonight on his point total, especially considering his recent woes.
Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 52.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists
Giannis continues to impress this season. He isn’t showing any signs of slowing down and seems to always find himself at the heart of the MVP conversation.
He has scored over 30 points in seven of his last eight games, including two games with 50 or more points. He’s also had double-digit rebounds in each of these games, hitting the over on 52.5 PRA in almost all these games as well.
We’re not expecting him to stop his dominance against the Clippers tonight. Look for Giannis to put the team on his back again tonight, putting together a monster performance.
