UFC 295 3 Best Bets for Prochazka vs Pereira

The light heavyweight title belt will be on the line on Saturday, November 11 during UFC 295. Alex Pereira will take on Jiri Prochazka in what should be a highly entertaining bout. As of this writing, most sportsbooks have Pereira as a slight favorite.

Need help betting on UFC 295? You've come to the right place! Check out our 3 best bets for Prochazka vs Pereira right here. Good luck, and enjoy the action at Madison Square Garden.

Main Event Play: Jiří Procházka +102 (DraftKings)

Jiri is coming off a 16 month break after suffering a devastating shoulder injury after submitting Glover Teixeira for the belt. He was forced to vacate the title that he will be facing Alex Pereira for here.

This will be just the 2nd fight for Pereira in the Light Heavyweight division after he won and then lost the title in the Middleweight division. While Pereira was able to bulldoze his way through the lighter ranks, we believe he is going to have trouble here against the top ranked LH, Jiri Prochazka.

The striking the Jiri is going to be much stronger than what Pereira has faced. That said, this could be a spot where Jiri will need to use some wrestling, which is not Pereira’s strong suit.

Main Card Top Play: Tom Aspinall -112 (DraftKings)

Aspinall is facing arguably his toughest opponent yet here in Sergei Pavlovich. Where we see the difference being in this matchup is Aspinall’s ability to take his opponents down and grapple them in a way that they cannot handle.

In straight standup, this match would be extremely close, however, if Aspinall can get Pavlovich down like we expect, it will be his fight to win.

Prelim Top Parlay: Jared Gordon & Mateusz Rebecki (-130)

Gordon’s last 2 fights ended in controversy. His loss to Paddy Pimblett most believed he won and the judges had things reversed. More recently, he was TKO’d by Bobby Green but was deemed a No Contest after review.

He is getting a tough opponent here in Mark Madsen who has just 1 loss on his record. Gordon has the advantage on the stand up but could get into some trouble with Madsen’s wrestling. That said, he has done a nice job against the 40 takedown attempts he has faced.

Rebecki is 18-1 and is as well versed in taking his opponents out via KO/TKO as he is submitting them. He is facing a taller/longer Roosevelt Roberts here who he will likely need to get in tight and grapple with him to take away the reach advantage. He is the heaviest favorite on the card and will serve this price point well.
