Romeo Doubs OVER 3.5 Receptions (-105) (BetMGM)
We've cashed a couple of times this season with Romeo, Romeo, Where for art though Romeo (Sorry I just had to)! Doubs leads Green Bay in targets, receptions, receiving yardage, and TD receptions. The former Nevada standout has built up a nice rapport with Jordan Love and I expect those two to hookup early and often in this game.
For the season, Doubs has a median receptions number of 4. He's gone over this total in 8 of his 15 ball games, which slightly favors an Over for us. He also hauled in 4 receptions against Minnesota back in Week 8.
The Vikings pass defense has been pitiful in 2023. Minnesota ranks dead last in opponent completion percentage, and things won't be any easier with Byron Murphy being ruled out for this contest with a knee injury. Let's play the Over!
Jayden Reed UNDER 4.5 Receptions (+105) (DraftKings)
This one scares me a little because of the aforementioned terrible Vikings pass defense. Nevertheless, I have to trust my numbers, take a shot of liquid courage, and press sumbit on this Under wager. Reed is a nice wideout, but he's stayed under this total in 11 of his 14 games in 2023.
The rookie out of Michigan State only earns a median target share of 5.5 per game. Yes, I know Reed will get more looks if Christian Watson can't play (he's currently listed as doubtful with a hamstring injury). However, I'll take my chances with this prop at plus money.
Reed has a median receptions number of 4 this season. He only caught 4 passes against the Vikings during their first meeting earlier this year. Let's take a stab with the Under.
Tucker Kraft UNDER 4.5 Receptions (-155) (BetRivers)
I don't mind paying a little extra juice for this Under at BetRivers, as they're the only shop that has this at 4.5 instead of 3.5. If your only option is 3.5, make sure you get +120 or better. Kraft has really come on over the last couple of weeks, but I still don't see him catching 5 balls in this one.
For the season, Kraft has a median receptions number of just 1! Now, I get it. Most of that is skewed because Luke Musgrave was getting most of the snaps earlier on this year. That being said, I just can't pass up this Under as it's a perfect 15-0 in 2023.
