Our experience with their customer service was fairly efficient. Email responses were quick, with issues typically resolved within a few interactions and response times in under 2 hours.

The chatbot interactions were surprisingly good as well. It can answer just about any question you have and prompts you to select options to help the bot understand what help you need. If all else fails, the chatbot will direct you to a live agent. Our live agent jumped on the chat within 3 minutes.
