Contreras has quietly put together a strong season behind the plate for Milwaukee — a .257 average with 12 home runs, 63 RBIs and a .381 slugging mark across 118 games. He’s drawing a favorable matchup here against a Kirby fastball-heavy approach, and books have him priced as low as -222 to record a hit on the day. When a catcher with pop like this is that heavily favored to get a knock, it’s worth including as the safety-leg backbone of the parlay.

Leg 3: Christian Yelich Gets on Base

Yelich isn’t hitting for the average he once did (.230), but he’s still getting on base at a .313 clip with 9 home runs, and more importantly, he’s priced between -175 and -190 to pick up a hit Thursday. Facing a Kirby start that’s allowed 148 hits across 136.2 innings this season, Yelich’s contact skills and plate discipline make this a strong bet to pair alongside Contreras. Two lineup regulars both being favored to reach via hit tells you which offense is expected to control this game.

Leg 4: Under the Total

Despite Tuesday’s 22-0 laugher skewing the recent scoring trend, the total here has settled around 8 to 8.5 runs, and the under is drawing sharp attention. Kirby has been solid enough to keep Seattle in most of his starts, and while Gasser’s ERA isn’t pretty, Milwaukee’s bullpen depth tends to clamp down on a Mariners lineup that’s struggled on the road all season. Bet on this one staying more measured than Tuesday’s outlier.
