3 MLB Player Props to Bet on Memorial Day

Jacob Misiorowski’s strikeout prop, Bo Bichette’s total bases line, and Jackson Chourio’s hit prop are the three Memorial Day MLB picks we love — here is the quick breakdown.

Happy Memorial Day — and what a way to spend it. There are 13 MLB games on the board today, your sportsbook is loaded with player props, and we have done the homework so you do not have to. Whether you are watching from the grill, the couch, or a stadium somewhere, here are the three props that caught our eye for Monday’s slate.

We are going mixed today — one strikeout ace, one red-hot contact hitter, and one total bases dart on a guy who never seems to have a bad game. Let’s get into it.

Shohei Ohtani Is Not Pitching Today, But His Stats Are Too Good Not to Mention — Here Is Who Actually Is

We have to talk about Jacob Misiorowski because his 2026 numbers are almost unreal. The Milwaukee Brewers starter has 88 strikeouts in 57 innings this season. That is nearly 14 strikeouts every nine innings. He is 24 years old, throws triple digits, and has a slider that disappears on right-handed hitters like a magic trick. Today he draws the St. Louis Cardinals at American Family Field in what looks like a dream strikeout spot.

The Cardinals’ offense has not exactly been lighting the world on fire, and they’re sending lefty Matthew Liberatore to the hill, a guy who carries a 4.70 ERA and a bloated 1.55 WHIP in 2026. Liberatore has been getting hit hard, which means this game could go long — and a longer game means more strikeout opportunities for Misiorowski to pile up Ks. The bet here is simple: get on Misiorowski’s strikeout over at whatever line your book has it set at. Given how ridiculous his rate stats have been, even a 6.5 or 7.5 line deserves serious attention. Check your book for current pricing on Misiorowski’s strikeout total today.

Bo Bichette Hitting in New York With a Soft Matchup to Back It Up

Bo Bichette landed with the New York Mets this season after years in Toronto, and the shortstop is one of the most reliable contact hitters in the game when he is clicking. His career .289 average and the consistency of his bat-to-ball skills make him an ideal total bases or hits prop target even when the seasonal numbers are still warming up.

Today the Mets host the Cincinnati Reds at Citi Field, and Nick Lodolo is on the mound for Cincinnati. Lodolo has pitched in just three games this season and has a 7.20 ERA with a 1.53 WHIP. He is clearly still finding his rhythm, and that creates opportunities for contact hitters like Bichette who can pick up the fastball and find gaps. The Mets hit at home in front of a passionate crowd, and Bichette’s right-handed swing plays well at Citi against lefties.

The total bases over 1.5 on Bichette is a clean, live prop today. One double or two singles and it cashes. Check your book for the line.

Jackson Chourio Is 22 and Playing Like He Is the Best Hitter on Earth

Look, we know the Brewers are not the flashiest team in baseball. But Jackson Chourio might be the most fun young player to watch in the entire NL right now. He is 22, hitting .289, and has the kind of game that translates to big prop numbers — contact, speed, occasional pop, and the ability to extend at-bats and wear out opposing pitchers.

Chourio has a matchup against Matthew Liberatore today, the Cardinals lefty who has been a mess in 2026 with a 4.70 ERA and 1.55 WHIP. Every time Liberatore falls behind in the count, it opens up a hittable pitch, and Chourio is the guy in this lineup most likely to do damage with that opportunity. His .289 average in 2026 already shows he is locked in at the plate, and his career 43 home runs through age 22 prove this is not a fluke.

The play here is Chourio to record a hit — at +0.5 if available, or over 1.5 total bases on a book that allows it. Either way, put a few dollars on Chourio via the player prop search to do what he does best: hit the baseball hard and often.

The Memorial Day Parlay: All Three in One

Want to make the holiday even more interesting? These three props pair well together on a small-stakes parlay. Misiorowski’s strikeout over, Bichette over 1.5 total bases, and Chourio to record a hit. Stack them up and enjoy the games while they work for you. As always, bet responsibly — use our MLB betting guide if you need a primer — and have fun out there — it is a holiday and baseball is meant to be enjoyed.
