The Cardinals’ offense has not exactly been lighting the world on fire, and they’re sending lefty Matthew Liberatore to the hill, a guy who carries a 4.70 ERA and a bloated 1.55 WHIP in 2026. Liberatore has been getting hit hard, which means this game could go long — and a longer game means more strikeout opportunities for Misiorowski to pile up Ks. The bet here is simple: get on Misiorowski’s strikeout over at whatever line your book has it set at. Given how ridiculous his rate stats have been, even a 6.5 or 7.5 line deserves serious attention. Bo Bichette Hitting in New York With a Soft Matchup to Back It Up
Bo Bichette landed with the New York Mets this season after years in Toronto, and the shortstop is one of the most reliable contact hitters in the game when he is clicking. His career .289 average and the consistency of his bat-to-ball skills make him an ideal total bases or hits prop target even when the seasonal numbers are still warming up.
Today the Mets host the Cincinnati Reds at Citi Field, and Nick Lodolo is on the mound for Cincinnati. Lodolo has pitched in just three games this season and has a 7.20 ERA with a 1.53 WHIP. He is clearly still finding his rhythm, and that creates opportunities for contact hitters like Bichette who can pick up the fastball and find gaps. The Mets hit at home in front of a passionate crowd, and Bichette’s right-handed swing plays well at Citi against lefties.

Look, we know the Brewers are not the flashiest team in baseball. But Jackson Chourio might be the most fun young player to watch in the entire NL right now. He is 22, hitting .289, and has the kind of game that translates to big prop numbers — contact, speed, occasional pop, and the ability to extend at-bats and wear out opposing pitchers.
Chourio has a matchup against Matthew Liberatore today, the Cardinals lefty who has been a mess in 2026 with a 4.70 ERA and 1.55 WHIP. Every time Liberatore falls behind in the count, it opens up a hittable pitch, and Chourio is the guy in this lineup most likely to do damage with that opportunity. His .289 average in 2026 already shows he is locked in at the plate, and his career 43 home runs through age 22 prove this is not a fluke.
