PrizePicks announced an official partnership with the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena on June 29, landing its first deal with a specific NBA team after already being named an official daily fantasy sports partner of the league. The Proud Partner designation gives PrizePicks branding across TV broadcasts, in-arena signage, and the Hawks’ digital platforms, along with a branded PrizePicks Party Deck — a premium fan experience space inside State Farm Arena with exclusive promotions on game nights.

PrizePicks, which is based in Atlanta, now has an official relationship with both the NBA and one of the league’s franchises in its hometown market. The deal reflects the ongoing integration of DFS platforms into professional sports ecosystems, as leagues and teams increasingly see these partnerships as natural extensions of the fan engagement they already drive.

Inside the Deal

The agreement integrates the PrizePicks logo into game broadcasts alongside real-time stat updates — a placement that plays directly to the platform’s format, in which users predict whether individual players will go over or under statistical lines. That contextual alignment between the product and the broadcast environment makes the partnership unusually effective from a marketing standpoint.

PrizePicks also becomes the presenting partner of “Hawks AF (And Friends),” a podcast produced by the franchise, broadening its presence into digital content as well as live broadcasts. Andrew Saltzman, the Hawks’ president of business enterprise, said the deal would open “new opportunities to deliver unique and engaging experiences” to the team’s fan base.

For PrizePicks, the Hawks deal is part of a broader moment for the company. Earlier this year it became an official NBA DFS partner, and the team-level deal with the Hawks appears to be the first step in expanding that league relationship to individual franchises. PrizePicks is available in a large number of states and continues to grow its user base as the DFS format gains mainstream sports fan acceptance.

What This Means for Fans

Hawks fans will start seeing the PrizePicks brand throughout broadcasts and at State Farm Arena next season. For DFS players, the partnership reinforces PrizePicks as one of the premier daily fantasy brands in basketball — a competitive space that also includes Underdog Fantasy and other top DFS platforms. For those tracking which DFS apps are adding official sports partnerships, PrizePicks is clearly one to watch as it converts its NBA league deal into team-level sponsorships across the country.
