Texas A&M vs Missouri 3 Player Props for November 8

The NCAA schedule-makers did fans a lot of good for this weekend, as there are a lot of amazing games on the slate. College Gameday kicks things off with a battle of No. 7 BYU and No. 8 Texas Tech, and later in the day, we’re treated to an awesome game between No. 3 Texas A&M and No. 22 Missouri. Texas A&M is a 6.5-point favorite, but we’re expecting this one to be back-and-forth all game long, so the final point differential could be minuscule.

We’re looking forward to watching the action go down, and we’ve got you covered with our favorite Underdog player props from this contest. Let’s get into it!

Matt Zollers UNDER 175.5 Passing Yards

Matt Zollers is making his second start of the season this week. His first game was against Vanderbilt last week, where he had just 138 passing yards and one touchdown pass. He isn’t getting any semblance of a break this week either, as Texas A&M is only allowing 203 passing yards per game.

Zollers is going to face a lot of pressure in this one, and we think the inexperience is going to be the thief of joy for him in this one, going under his passing yardage total.

Marcel Reed UNDER 227.5 Passing Yards

Texas A&M’s passing defense is tough, but Missouri’s is even tougher, as they allow the ninth-fewest passing yards per game on the season. Reed has started all year, so he has that edge over Zollers, but his passing numbers have been inconsistent.

His 360-yard performance against Notre Dame was commendable, but with a floor game of 180 yards against Mississippi State, for example, we can’t trust him against a staunch defense. We’re fading his passing total, believing both quarterbacks could struggle to throw for significant yardage.

Ahmad Hardy OVER 90.5 Rushing Yards

While we’re hesitant to take the over on either quarterback’s passing line, we’re going full speed on Ahmad Hardy’s rushing total. Hardy has five games over 100 yards this season, and another where he had 97.

His 97-yard game was against Vanderbilt last week, a team that only allows 108.4 rushing yards per game. Look for Hardy to torch Texas A&M for at least 91 here, putting another impressive game together and hitting the over in this spot.
