Indiana vs Oregon 3 Player Props for October 11

We have made it to Week 7 of the College Football season, and it’s been a great year thus far! Several teams have established themselves as legitimate title threats, while others are taking their time to get fully unlocked and ready for the postseason. Regardless of where teams stand, there is a lot of ball left to be played, and we’re excited to watch this week’s action go down.

With so many games on the slate featuring ranked opponents, we had a hard time figuring out which ones we wanted to hone in on, but we have seemed to find a winner in the matchup between Indiana and Oregon. Both teams are in the top 10, which indicates that this should be a good one, especially considering the over/under of 55.5.

With all of that in mind, let’s head over to Underdog and get into our top player props from this game!

Fernando Mendoza UNDER 226.5 Passing Yards

Indiana is 5-0 heading into this game, and Fernando Mendoza is a big reason for that. He’s had four straight games of 233+ passing yards, so he’s certainly dealing and has great relationships with his receiving weapons.

However, Oregon’s defense, especially against the pass, is ferocious. They’re second in the nation in terms of yards allowed, giving up just under 105 yards per game. Mendoza hasn’t faced a defense like this yet, and we’re not sure he’ll be able to overcome it, which is why we’re fading his passing yardage total.

Dante Moore UNDER 255.5 Passing Yards

If you followed our picks for the Alabama-Mizzou game, you’ll know that we took unders for both quarterbacks in that one, too. We promise this isn’t lazy analysis, but with Indiana having a top-10 passing defense, it’s impossible to trust any QB against them, especially one like Dante Moore, who has been up and down this season.

His floor was a 178-yard contest against Northwestern, and we think he’ll be a lot closer to that in the final box score than his 305-yard outing against Oregon State two weeks ago.

Jayden Limar OVER 33.5 Rushing Yards

A lot of people are on Dierre Hill Jr. this week instead of Jayden Limar, which makes sense on paper. Hill is averaging a staggering 10.4 yards per carry on the year, compared to Limar’s 5.9.

While Hill is the more explosive back, it’s clear that Oregon wants to feed Limar the rock more often, as he is outcarrying Hill 39-26. With that in mind, we’re riding with the volume play here, taking the over on his low rushing yards total of 33.5.
