NCAA Tournament Betting Guide: 3 Player Props for Friday, March 21

NCAA Tournament 3 Player Props for Friday, March 21

And just like that, we’re on to Day 2 of the NCAA Tournament! Day 1 didn’t have as many upsets as some fans would have hoped, but it was still a great day regardless. McNeese and the aura of their team manager moved past Clemson, and, as many predicted, Drake took down Missouri in two of the biggest upsets of the day.

We’re looking forward to another great day of action, which starts with an early game between Baylor and Mississippi State and ends with a rousing contest between Liberty and Oregon. We have you covered with all of the best player props from Underdog, so let’s dive into our top plays, hoping to sweep the board!

Mark Sears (Alabama) UNDER 20.5 Points

We took the overs on a lot of the best players in the country yesterday, only to be disappointed by their outcomes due to playing poor opponents. John Tonje, for instance, wasn’t needed by Wisconsin to blow by Montana, and he only had 15 points with a projection over 20.

We’re not going to make that mistake today with Mark Sears, as Alabama is facing off against Robert Morris. This game could get ugly early as Alabama is a heavy favorite, and we just can’t trust Sears to have a massive performance in the scoring column, especially if Alabama takes its foot off the gas.

We like his chances of blowing by this 20.5-point number in the later rounds of the Tournament, but for now, we’re taking the under in this spot.

Nique Clifford (Colorado State) OVER 13.5 Rebounds & Assists

Almost every major analyst in the country is picking No. 12 Colorado State to upset No. 5 Memphis, and for good reason. Colorado State is an awesome squad that plays true team basketball, which could help them go far in the Tournament.

While they’re a well-rounded team, they are led by Nique Clifford, who led them in points, rebounds, and assists throughout the regular season. We expect Nique to be involved in all aspects of this great matchup, especially when it comes to his assist and rebound totals.

He shouldn’t have a problem hitting his over in this combined prop, so we’re taking it with confidence!

Cooper Flagg (Duke) UNDER 25.5 Points & Rebounds

We feel similarly about Cooper Flagg as we do about Mark Sears. Not only is Duke taking on Mount Saint Mary’s in what should be a cakewalk of a matchup, but Flagg is coming off a scary injury that he suffered during the ACC Tournament.

We don’t expect Duke to play him much in the second half, electing to save him for the later rounds of March Madness. Look for Flagg to have a menial impact in the box score in this one, going under his combined points and rebounds line.
