Kansas vs Arizona: 3 Player Props and Best Bet for Saturday, February 28

Kansas vs Arizona 3 Player Props and Best Bet

The Big 12 will end February with a bang as two of its top teams take the court. On Saturday, the No. 14-ranked Kansas Jayhawks (21-7, 11-4 Big 12) head to Arizona to take on the No. 2-ranked Wildcats (26-2, 13-2 Big 12).

Kansas is facing its fourth top-five-ranked team in the past six outings. The Jayhawks have won two of those three games, falling only to the Iowa State Cyclones when that team was ranked fifth in the country.

Arizona’s schedule hasn’t been for the faint of heart. Starting with the BYU contest on January 26th, the Wildcats have faced a 10-game stretch with seven of their 10 opponents ranking in the AP Top 25.

The Jayhawks gave Arizona its first loss of the season nearly three weeks ago. Can Kansas repeat that performance on the road? We’ll cover that and provide bettors with our top three player props for this Big 12 contest.

Arizona Wildcats’ Koa Peat UNDER 17.5 Pts + Reb

Freshman sensation Koa Peat has struggled recently, suffering a lower leg injury against Texas Tech on Valentine’s Day. The 6-foot-8 forward is expected to return to action on Saturday, just in time for Arizona’s rematch against Kansas.

His first game was a forgettable experience. The likely NBA lottery pick finished with six points and five rebounds in 31 minutes against the Jayhawks. Bettors should not expect he’ll have a stronger outing on Saturday, especially coming back from injury. Take Peat to finish below this combo prop bet total.

Kansas Jayhawks’ Flory Bidunga OVER 9.5 Rebounds

Kansas relies on Flory Bidunga to be the team’s inside presence. The 6-foot-10 forward is averaging 14.3 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game. Bidunga has authored 11 double-double performances thus far, including four in his past six contests.

Bidunga’s first outing against the Wildcats was a productive one, also. In that contest, he finished with 23 points and 10 rebounds. Expect similar stats from him on Saturday as Bidunga covers his rebounding prop bet total.

Arizona Wildcats’ Jaden Bradley UNDER 13.5 Points

Senior Jaden Bradley is having a strong send-off season. The guard is averaging 13.9 points, 4.7 assists, and 3.6 rebounds per game thus far, offering up his best collegiate performances for the Wildcats.

He’s scored in double figures in seven of his past eight games. The lone exception was Kansas as he shot 2-of-8 from the field to finish with six points. He’ll have a better game at home on Saturday, but don’t expect him to cover this scoring prop wager total.

Best Bet: Arizona (-9)

There’s no doubt the Jayhawks will make some noise in March. Kansas has elite talent on their roster, and a Sweet 16 appearance seemingly is the floor for the Jayhawk’s run in the NCAA Tournament.

But … when the Big 12 power loses, it’s not nail-biters. Kansas has lost seven games, and five of those were double-figure margins. Arizona should win this game in runaway fashion, easily covering their 9-point spread on Saturday.
