Iowa State vs Arizona 3 Player Prop Predictions

Happy Friday, all! We’re now less than one week away from the official start of March Madness, and the NBA’s regular season has just over a month remaining. We’re getting down to the wire when it comes to the basketball season, and we’re excited to watch it all unfold.

There are some awesome college games on the slate tonight as some conference tournaments are wrapping up. It was hard to pick which one we wanted to hone in on, but we decided to focus on Iowa State vs Arizona in the Big 12 Tournament.

Arizona is a 4.5-point favorite, an indication from oddsmakers that this one could come down to the wire. With that in mind, let’s get into our favorite player props from this one, all of which can be found on Underdog!

Joshua Jefferson OVER 2.5 Steals & Blocks

We don’t know what has gotten into Joshua Jefferson lately, but from a betting standpoint, we’re all for it. Jefferson has been a man on a mission on the defensive side of the ball, having at least 3 combined steals and blocks in 5 straight games.

Arizona is a tough matchup for any team, but Iowa State is well aware of that. If they’re going to win this game, Jefferson and his teammates will have to play staunch defense that they’re capable of, so we’re riding with his over here as a result.

Tamin Lipsey OVER 7.5 Rebounds & Assists

Jefferson isn’t the only member of the Cyclones who has been on fire lately. Tamin Lipsey has been electric to watch from a rebounds and assists perspective, being a great teammate in so many aspects of the game.

He’s been particularly effective on the road, having 8+ rebounds and assists in 8 of his past 9 away games. Lipsey hit the over on this line earlier this month against Arizona, and we’re expecting similar things out of him tonight.

Brayden Burries OVER 16.5 Points

Tonight is Arizona’s second game of the Big 12 Tournament, as they’re coming off a dominant victory against UCF yesterday. Iowa State presents a much tougher test, and they need their best players to shine in the face of adversity.

Brayden Burries is their best scorer, averaging 16.2 PPG on the season, and we think he’ll need at least 17 tonight to put Arizona on a solid path for success. He’s had 17+ in 4 of his past 5 outings, and the one game he didn’t hit this line was against Iowa State. Burries will be out for blood to get revenge in that aspect, so we’re riding with the over on his point total as a result.
