Duke vs Louisville 3 Player Predictions and Best Bet

Two of the ACC’s premier teams will square off inside the Yum! Center as the Duke Blue Devils (13-1, 2-0 ACC) head west to take on the Louisville Cardinals (11-3, 1-1 ACC) on Tuesday.

Duke rebounded from their first loss of the season with a pair of closer-than-expected ACC wins last week. The Blue Devils hung on for an 85-79 victory over Georgia Tech before closing out the week with a road victory over Florida State.

The Cardinals have struggled over the past two weeks. Louisville dropped a ranked-versus-ranked matchup to Tennessee on the road before winning two straight. Last week, Stanford gutted out an 80-76 home victory over their ACC brethren to give the Cardinals their first conference loss.

Can Louisville’s high-flying offense tame the Blue Devils on Tuesday? We’ll cover that and provide bettors with our top three player props for this important ACC matchup.

Duke Blue Devils’ Cameron Boozer Over 24.5 Points (-105)

For the second straight year, Duke has a potential top-overall draft selection on its roster. That distinction belongs to Cameron Boozer, the 6-foot-9 freshman who is taking the college basketball world by storm.

Through 14 games, Boozer is leading his team in points (23.0), rebounds (9.8), and assists (4.2). He’s scored at least 20 points in eight of his collegiate games to date, including a pair of 35-point games against SEC teams. That’s why Boozer should be considered a solid candidate to score 25 points on Tuesday to cover his player prop wager total.

Louisville Cardinals’ Sananda Fru UNDER 6.5 Rebounds (+105)

Louisville forward Sananda Fru has made an immediate impact. The 6-foot-11 junior is averaging 11.1 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game for the Cardinals in 2025-2026.

His ability to clean up around the rim is what bettors should focus on. In five of the past seven games, Fru has collected at least seven rebounds. He failed to hit that mark against Tennessee, as the Volunteers have size to match Fru. Duke presents a similar challenge, and bettors should take the under on this rebound prop total.

Louisville Cardinals’ Issac McKneely Over 3.5 3-Point Field Goals (+133)

After a strong career with Virginia, guard Isaac McKneely swapped schools for his senior season. He’s third on the Cardinals roster in scoring, averaging 11.6 points per game thanks to his accurate three-point shooting.

The 6-foot-4 guard leads his team in deep-range shooting, hitting nearly 40 percent of his trifectas this season. He’s had back-to-back-to-back games with at least three made triples. Bettors should expect him to make it four consecutive outings on Tuesday as he cover this player prop wager.

Best Bet: OVER 161.5 Points

The Blue Devils have had the Cardinals’ number as of late. Duke has won seven straight in this series, including last season’s rematch in the ACC Tournament. Louisville’s last win in this series came back in February 2021.

This is a different Louisville squad thanks to the transfer portal. Still, oddsmakers are doubting the Cardinals’ chances for this matchup, leading to the XX.X-point spread. With Duke’s recent contests being close calls, bettors should look at other lines for this contest.

The best bet is the over for points in this contest. While oddsmakers have set the total combined score at XXX.5 points, both offenses have been humming. Combined, these teams are averaging nearly 178 points per night, and both teams have posted 90-point outings this month.
