BYU vs Arizona 3 Player Prop Predictions for February 18

Happy Wednesday, everyone! It’s a great day to be a sports fan, with the Olympics happening all day, and some fantastic college basketball games tipping off tonight. While we’d like to write about several of them, we decided to focus our attention on the most highly talked about game of the evening between No. 23 BYU and No. 4 Arizona.

Arizona is an 11.5-point favorite in this one, but as we’re all well aware, anything can happen in college basketball. We’re going to get into our top player props from this epic matchup, which can all be found on Underdog. Let’s get into it!

Keba Keita OVER 1.5 Steals & Blocks

If you’ve been watching BYU basketball this year, especially over the past several weeks, you’ve seen the greatness that is Keba Keita. Keita is never going to be the team’s leading scorer, as his value comes from rebounds and his defensive prowess.

He’s had at least 2 steals and blocks in eight straight road games, which will be a needed attribute against a staunch Arizona team. If BYU is going to win this one, they’ll need a Herculean effort from Keita, and we’re thinking he’ll deliver enough to have 2+ combined steals and blocks.

Motiejus Krivas OVER 8.5 Rebounds

The Wildcats have been one of the best teams in the country all season for many reasons. One of those is that they have a two-headed rebounding machine between Motiejus Krivas and Tobe Awaka, who average 18.4 rebounds per game.

When looking at rebounding props, we were pretty confident in both players to go over their projections, but Krivas ultimately ended up being our pick. He’s had 9+ boards in four straight home games and looks to extend that tonight against a pesky BYU squad.

AJ Dybantsa UNDER 7.5 Rebounds

AJ Dybantsa is the country’s leading scorer, putting up nearly 25 points per game. He’s on track to be the player of the year if this keeps up and could nearly single-handedly give BYU a tournament win or two.

All this scoring doesn’t lend itself to many rebounds, as he’s had less than 8 in 10 of his past 11 games. The books are keeping his number up due to a high ceiling, but when looking at past performances, we’re fading this line until further notice.
