3 College Hoops Player Props for Wednesday, February 21

We went 1-2 with our college hoops player props last night. Our favorite bet on Maliq Brown got home with relative ease, as he only grabbed 4 rebounds for Syracuse against NC State. Unfortunately, our 2 plus money props let us down as both Kerr Kriisa and Payton Sandfort came up just shy on our Over bets.

We're piping mad and ready to bounce back with our 3 selections for Wednesday, February 21. Remember to bet responsibly and always shop around for the best possible odds. Let's get into it!

Norchad Omier (Miami) Over 9.5 Rebounds (-110) (FanDuel)

Omier got the job done for us last Wednesday and we'll ride him again tonight in what should be a fantastic game against Duke. The 6-7 forward is a physical player with a nose for grabbing tough boards underneath the basket. You can bet that Omier and the Canes will be fired up to try and pull off the upset against the No. 8 Blue Devils.

Omier's median rebounding number is 10 this season for Miami. The Arkansas State transfer has grabbed 10 or more rebounds in 15 of his 25 ball games during the 2023-24 campaign. He's also gone over this total in 7 of his last 9 outings.

Sure, the matchup against Duke is a bit concerning, especially since Omier will be contending with 7-foot Kyle Filipowski for boards. That being said, Duke ranks just 100th in total rebounding while Miami ranks 83rd. Take the Over with one of the best big men in the ACC.

Cameron Matthews (Miss St) Under 8.5 Rebounds (-120) (Bet365)

Here's a scary wager to hit submit on! Matthews is one of the top rebounders on this Mississippi State squad, but we still see some value on the Under. The Olive Branch native's median rebounding number is just 7 this season!

Matthews has grabbed 8 rebounds or less in 16 of his 25 contests in '23-24. He's also stayed under this total in 8 of his last 13 games. Can you see now why we're leaning heavily towards the Under?

Sure, Matthews was able to grab 12 boards against Ole Miss back on January 30th. That's probably why the oddsmakers are lining this prop at 8.5 instead of 7.5. We'll bank on the Rebels finding a way to limit Matthews on the glass in this one.

Antonio Reeves (Kentucky) Under 21.5 Points (-115) (Bet365)

Welp, we might as well finish off tonight's card with another scary Under! Reeves can really shoot the rock when he gets hot, but we're hoping that LSU will find a way to keep him under wraps on their home floor.

For the season, Reeves has a median point total of 20. That may not sound like a lot, but it gives us almost a 7% mathematical edge on the Under. Reeves has also scored 21 points or fewer in 16 of his 25 ball games this season.

The Chicago native's current form also favors an Under. Reeves has stayed under this point total in 6 of his last 9 games. LSU's defense is nothing special, but we'll trust our numbers and play the Under on Reeves.
