3 College Hoops Player Props for Friday, February 23

Happy Friday, fellow sports bettors! We went a perfect 3-0 last night, and we're ready for a big weekend. That runs our record up to 20-14 in college basketball prop bets.

Our top play on Johnell Davis Under 18.5 points got us to the window in no-sweat fashion, as he finished with just 10 points for Florida Atlantic. Minnesota's big man Pharrel Payne had a nice scoring night but easily stayed under his rebounding number for us.

Lastly, Arizona center Oumar Ballo also cashed an Under rebounding prop to complete the sweep for Mikey Nobs Enterprises. Let's stay hot with 3 college hoops player props for February 23. Enjoy the games, and good luck with all of your wagers this weekend.

Kyle Rose (Fordham) Under 10.5 Points (-125 at Bet365)

Betting Unders sure isn't fun or sexy, but as we saw last night, it's where the value is most of the time. The sportsbooks know that we humans love rooting for something to happen, so they often inflate the numbers to account for that. Rose has a median point total of just 7 this season, so we're quite fond of this Under, even with the added juice.

The 6-3 guard is a decent all-around player for the Rams, but he's stayed under this point total in 17 of his 26 games this season. Rose has also scored 10 points or less in 7 of his last 10 outings, so current form is on our side as well. Lastly, Rose has stayed under this line in 10 of his 14 home games.

The matchup is in our favor as well. They don't get much pub, but Duquesne has a pretty tough defense. They rank a very respectable 73rd in defensive efficiency and 64th in opponent field goal percentage. That's probably why Rose could only muster 3 points against them back on January 27th. Take the Under with confidence!

Will Richardson (Fordham) Over 1.5 Made 3-Pointers (-105 at DraftKings)

Yes, I know I just talked about how great Duquesne's defense is and here I am playing a Fordham player to go Over. Sure, the Dukes defend the 3-ball quite well, so the matchup isn't ideal, but hang with me. Richardson isn't shy about hoisting up shots from downtown, as his median attempts number is 6.

It may sound elementary, but all we need is for Richardson to knock down 2 of those shots from beyond the arc to cash this ticket. Richardson's median number of made three-pointers is 2 this season and he's gone over this line in 15 of his 25 contests. The Teaneck, New Jersey native has hit at least two 3-pointers in 7 of his last 10.

The main reason for this wager though is how well Richardson shoots the ball at home. He's nailed at least two 3-pointers in 11 of the 13 games on his home floor. It may make us sweat, but we're taking the Over.

Kenan Blackshear (Nevada) Under 15.5 Points (-115 at DraftKings)

Holy Smoke, here's another scary Under to cap off the evening! Blackshear is one of Nevada's most consistent scorers, but his median point total is just 14 this season. He's stayed under this point total in 16 of 27 games overall and 7 of his last 11.

Fading Blackshear in the points department on the highway has also been profitable this season. He's stayed under in 7 of his 12 road/neutral games. Even though San Jose State's defense stinks, Blackshear still only managed to score 10 points against them back on February 2nd.

Both FanDuel and BetRivers have this lined priced at 14.5 instead of 15.5. I think DraftKings is being a little too generous, so let's try to capitalize! Play the Under!
