Fever vs Aces: Best Bet and Top Player Props for Tuesday, September 30

The Fever are winning one battle after another, evening up this series with the Aces and forcing a win-or-go-home situation without Caitlin Clark. With Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell leading the way, the Las Vegas Aces will look to veteran guard and two-time WNBA champion Jackie Young to create some offense in order to win this ball game and potentially face the Phoenix Mercury for another ring.

Indiana Fever +7.5

The Indiana teams just know how to fight. The Pacers were not supposed to get past the Knicks or Cavs in the playoffs this season. The Colts have started the season 3-1 with a quarterback who was essentially written out of the league. Finally, after losing Caitlin Clark and dealing with injuries all season, the Indiana Fever are one win away from a trip to the WNBA Finals.

While I don’t expect them to win this game outright, a 7.5-point spread in this current WNBA postseason is a large enough number to go against Vegas and believe this game will stay tight. The closest game in this series game in Game 4, where Indiana won by seven points at home to force this win-or-go-home game.

Because of the near blowouts, this has to be the one that stays tight throughout the entirety of four quarters as momentum swings back and forth between these two elite offensive teams.

Jackie Young (LV) OVER 26.5 PRA

Jackie is the x-factor for Vegas to head back to the WNBA Finals in this game. Jackie had 32 PRA last game with 9 dimes and 18 points on just 10 FGA. The quiet assassin struck once again, dominating her matchups at times as a bigger lead guard.

With two triple-doubles this season and Chelsea Gray’s inconsistencies throughout the season, it is Jackie time in Las Vegas, with a date between them and Phoenix on the line. Young averaged 27.4 PRA after the All-Star break, and playing around 35 minutes in this contest, should see the ball in her hands plenty.

Kelsey Mitchell (IND) OVER 24.5 Points & Assists

The MVP candidate has put this team on her back, showing the WNBA that it isn’t just Caitlin Clark who is holding this team together. Mitchell, at just 5’8, has averaged 23.3 PPG in this series on 35.7% shooting from beyond the arc.

Hitting this mark in two of four games this series and two of three games in their First Round battle with Atlanta, Stephanie Mitchell’s team will win or go home via Mitchell’s performance tonight, as she has been the number one reason for these upset wins during the course of the postseason.

Similar to the Pacers guards, Mitchell can deliver her moment tonight and become a legend in the state of Indiana.
