It is a great day to be a hockey fan. Tonight is Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final, which many people thought would be impossible after the Florida Panthers took a commanding 3-0 lead over the Edmonton Oilers. Despite the Panthers’ early series lead, the Oilers have stormed back, just one win away from a historic comeback.
Can they keep the momentum going? Or will the Panthers get some breath back in their lungs and take the final game of the series? We’re certainly stoked to see it all go down, but we had to put some juice on the action to make it more fun.
That said, here are our favorite bets and player props from tonight’s action. This is the last night we can bet on hockey until next season starts, so let’s get after it!
Edmonton Oilers Moneyline (-106)
The books are split on the moneyline tonight. Both teams have minus odds, an indication that this could go in any direction.
We’ve gone back and forth about this pick for a long time, but after seeing the Oilers win three straight in the series, we couldn’t fade them tonight.
Look for Connor McDavid and his teammates to put on a great show tonight, ultimately winning the game and series.
OVER 5.5 Total Goals (+130)
Our two favorite plays of the night are the Oilers’ moneyline and over 5.5 total goals. Because DraftKings has the goals line juiced, we had to head over there to make this two-leg parlay.
Both teams are getting hot at the right time, and while these goalies have been solid at times, the offenses have simply been better.
Look for both teams to find the net at least three times in this one, hopefully making for a sweat-free cash!
Sergei Bobrovsky OVER 0.5 First Period Goals Against
If you’ve followed our player props from the past few Stanley Cup Final games, you’d know that we’ve taken this prop in two straight contests.
While it might seem foolish to take the same prop for three games in a row, we’re riding with this one tonight.
Sergei Bobrovsky has given up a first-period goal in four games this series, and with the offensive firepower of the Oilers in mind, we love the chances of this prop hitting again.

Leon Draisaitl OVER 2.5 Shots
McDavid might be the star of this team, but Draisaitl can be an unsung hero. We expect McDavid to see a lot of attention tonight, as the Panthers don’t want him to take over and ruin their gameplan.
This could give Draisaitl more time to fire off shots, which is why we’re riding with him to have at least three shot attempts tonight.
