Puka Nacua, Davante Adams, and Keon Coleman Headline the Best MNF Props for Bills vs. Rams

Puka Nacua, Davante Adams, and Keon Coleman headline the best Monday Night Football player props for Bills vs. Rams, with a leaky Buffalo pass defense and an injury-driven opportunity creating value across the board.

Puka Nacua catching a pass for the Los Angeles Rams against the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football

Monday Night Football rolls into SoFi Stadium with the Rams favored by a field goal over the Bills, a total sitting at 54.5, and a prop board absolutely loaded with options. Buffalo’s high-flying offense running into a Los Angeles defense that’s been one of the stingiest units in football sets up a fascinating chess match, and on the other side of the ball, a banged-up Bills secondary gives Matthew Stafford’s receivers plenty of room to work.

We went hunting across both rosters for the best combination of volume, matchup, and recent form, and landed on three props that check every box. Two live in the Rams’ passing game, which should feast on a Buffalo defense allowing the second-most passing yards in the league, and one lives in Buffalo’s, where an injury opens a door for a rising young receiver.

Puka Nacua Feasts on a Leaky Bills Secondary

Puka Nacua is fully back and fully unleashed. In his first game back from a two-game absence, he caught 9 of 12 targets for 125 yards against the Eagles, immediately resuming his role as Matthew Stafford’s top read. The volume never wavered even after missing time, which tells you everything about where he sits in the Rams’ pecking order.

Now he gets a Buffalo defense that’s allowed 1,096 passing yards through four games, the second-worst mark in the league, and ranks among the most generous units to opposing wide receivers in fantasy points and receiving yardage allowed. Buffalo’s offense is designed to score fast, which means its defense spends plenty of snaps on the field, tiring and exposed to exactly the kind of high-target, high-route-count receiver Nacua has become.

Sportsbooks have the line sitting right around 93.5 receiving yards, and with Nacua drawing 12 targets in his return, hitting that number again doesn’t require anything extraordinary, just a continuation of the role he’s already locked down.

Davante Adams Still Owns the Red Zone

Davante Adams has quietly put together a strong season even while sharing targets with Nacua, posting 22 catches on 38 targets for 390 yards and two touchdowns, good for 97.5 yards per game. Last week against the Eagles he drew 9 targets, more than enough volume to stay involved even with Nacua back in the fold.

What makes Adams a touchdown threat in any given week is his continued dominance in the red zone, a role he’s held for his entire career and one the Rams have leaned on heavily with Stafford at quarterback. Buffalo’s defense has allowed a touchdown rate to outside receivers that ranks among the worst in the league, and Adams playing the overwhelming majority of his snaps on the perimeter puts him directly in that danger zone.

At odds hovering around -105, backing Adams to find the end zone anytime is a sharp way to attack a Rams offense that should be moving the ball consistently against a vulnerable Buffalo secondary.

Keon Coleman Could Be the Beneficiary of a Big Opportunity

Keon Coleman is coming off a breakout performance, hauling in 6 of 7 targets for 116 yards and a touchdown against the Patriots, a game in which DJ Moore left early with a shoulder injury and opened the door for expanded reps. Coleman delivered immediately, posting a team-high yardage total.

Moore now carries a questionable tag into Monday night, and if he’s limited or sits entirely, Coleman slides into one of Buffalo’s top two receiving roles alongside Khalil Shakir. Coleman has quietly caught 14 of 16 targets for 217 yards and a touchdown on the season, an efficient profile that suggests the talent is finally catching up to the opportunity.

Even against a Rams defense playing well overall, Coleman’s expanded role and recent chemistry with Josh Allen make clearing a modest receiving-yards number a realistic outcome, especially if this game turns into the track meet the 54.5 total suggests it could be.

The Best Bets for Monday Night

Three different paths to the same goal: cash tickets while Rams and Bills skill players put on a show at SoFi Stadium. Here’s the full slate for Monday night.

  • Puka Nacua Over 92.5 receiving yards
  • Davante Adams Anytime TD (-105)
  • Keon Coleman Over 36.5 receiving yards

With Buffalo’s defense banged up and leaking yardage through the air, and Buffalo’s own receiver room reshuffling due to injury, this MNF prop board offers value on both sides of the ball. Check the latest NFL odds before kickoff to confirm these numbers are still live, and keep an eye on the player prop search tool for any late line movement.
