Falcons QB Kirk Cousins and Bears WR D.J. Moore highlight our best Week 9 Sunday bets, while Malik Nabers should continue to serve as the Giants’ savior.
Player | Prop | Price |
---|---|---|
Kirk Cousins | Over 242.5 Pass Yards | |
Kirk Cousins | Under 248.5 Pass Yards |
Cousins has led the Falcons to a 5-3 record against a tough schedule in his debut season in Atlanta while taking the divisional lead last week.
Now, Atlanta hosts a reeling Dallas team and defense that has extreme holes. Dallas allows 231 YPG to opposing QBs but has gotten torched against the top-tier guys like Purdy and Lamar Jackson this season.
Looking at this Falcons offense, the team is clicking with Cousins’ weapons looking like stars. Bijan Robinson, Tyler Allgeier, Drake London, Kyle Pitts, and Darnell Mooney have made massive impacts thus far while the defense continues to hold in close games. Give me Cousins to hit this yard total in his second straight game.
Nabers comes into this matchup against Washington hitting this mark in four of six games. After coming back from injury, Nabers still looks to be Jones’ top option in the offense.
New York will look his way all game against a Washington defense that is middle-of-the-pack against opposing wide receivers. Malik was targeted 18 times for 10 catches in their first matchup in Week 2.
Douglas and the Pats take on a Titans defense that just got smoked against Detroit in an absolute bloodbath. I’m expecting Drake Maye and the Pats to take advantage of this matchup and pick up a big mid-season win.
One player that should benefit from the matchup is the Pats’ slot man DeMario Douglas. Although he’s been quiet the last two weeks with four total grabs, Douglas will play around 50-60% of the snaps and as his chemistry with Maye continues to grow, this is a game where that should shine through.
Douglas put up 6 catches for 92 yards and a score in Maye’s first start - look for a continuation of this duo’s success against Tennessee.
The 1st place NFC West 4-4 Arizona Cardinals take on the 4th place NFC North 4-3 Chicago Bears. After Chicago’s tough loss at the buzzer to Jayden Daniels and Washington, I expect the Bears offense to come out extremely aggressive.
Lucky for D.J. Moore, Williams is becoming a more comfortable passer from the pocket and best of all, the Cardinals defense is extremely weak over the middle of the field.
After two quiet games and the Bears’ bye week in between, look for a bounce back game from the Bears top wideout.
