The NFL Divisional Round kicks off tomorrow at 4:30 pm in Kansas City as the Texans look for a rematch with the 2-time defending champions. We then turn our attention to one of the most anticipated matchups of the weekend in Detroit!
Washington travels to Detroit to try to unseat the Lions and hoist Jayden Daniels into an even higher stratosphere. With the way Texans handled the Chargers, and Washington continuing to find fireworks late in games, both of these matchups should be entertaining!
Sunday starts at 3:00 pm with the Rams traveling to Philly, also looking for some payback against a well-oiled machine in the Eagles. Finally, the matchup that should get the most views will be Lamar vs Josh, Ravens vs Bills, and we cannot get any better than that to end the weekend!
Player | Prop | Price |
---|---|---|
Patrick Mahomes | Over 1.5 Pass Touchdowns | |
Patrick Mahomes | Under 1.5 Pass Touchdowns |
There are a handful of props I liked for Mahomes this weekend, passing touchdowns, and his passing attempts. He has cashed o36.5 passing attempts 6 straight and 9 of his last 10 games. He has also cashed 2+ passing touchdowns in 14 of his 18 playoff games.
The only hesitation here has been his performances at home this season where he only threw for 2+ touchdowns in 2 of their 8 games. And while he only had 1 against this Texans defense last time they played, the entire playbook is open now.
I trust Kelce, Hopkins, Worthy, and the rest of that cast to get a lot of red-zone opportunities when they get there. I believe Texans can slow any Chiefs rushing attack they present, which will lead to the ball being in the best quarterback's hands when the season is on the line!
Going back to Lamar once more here! No reason to stay off a prop that has cashed 6 of his last 7 playoff games! Lamar doesn’t hesitate to take his chances for a big gain down the field. We saw these 2 play earlier in the year and certainly, the Bills want some payback. If we can get a back-and-forth between these two, I have no doubt he will let his legs go.
Lamar can grab a chunk of 15-20 yards in a split second and in a win-or-go-home situation, I trust this one. We just watched last week a rookie QB in Bo Nix rush for 43 yards, Lamar had 54 earlier this season against them, and they also allowed Kyler Murray to find 57.
My Best Bets (2):
Patrick Mahomes (KC) 2+ Pass TD’s (-139) FanDuel
Lamar Jackson (BAL) 50+ Rush Yds (-135) DraftKings
Bonus Bet:
Daniels (WAS) o9.5 Rush Attempts (-128) FanDuel
