We're back and better than ever after a fabulous Thanksgiving break. Well, maybe it wasn't so fabulous for the Buffalo Bills, who lost yet another game that they should have won. Things weren't so hot for the Detroit Lions either, who lost outright as huge favorites to the Green Bay Packers on Turkey Day.
In typical Monday fashion, let's dive into the crazy bets and bad beats from NFL Week 12. Hopefully you were on the right side of these wild wagers!
BIG SNF BET
A bettor in Nevada placed $110K on the Ravens -3 tonight ๐

Sometimes the most obvious bets are the best ones to make! That theory proved true for a fortunate sports bettor at Caesars on Sunday Night Football during Week 12. Someone believed in Lamar Jackson and Co. so much that they placed a crazy bet of $110,000 on Baltimore -3.
It's not surprising that this bettor took the Ravens. After all, they were 8-3 heading into this game while their opponent, the Los Angeles Chargers, were a disappointing 4-6. Baltimore was also a solid 4-1 on the road while LA was only 2-3 at home.
Things didn't start off so well for this crazy bettor, however. The Chargers took an early 3-0 lead after Cameron Dicker hit a 39-yard field goal late in the first quarter. Thankfully, the Ravens offense woke up from their turkey-induced coma when Jackson hit rookie sensation Zay Flowers for a 3-yard TD early in the second stanza.
Future Hall of Famer Justin Tucker nailed a 42-yard field goal to give Baltimore a 10-3 at the break. Tucker again connected for another field goal in the third, this time from 48 yards out. Justin Herbert wouldn't let the Chargers go away quietly, however.
Herbert hooked up with Gerald Everett from 3 yards out to bring the Chargers back to within 3 points. That happened about halfway through the fourth quarter, so our crazy bettor at Caesars was probably pacing and biting his fingernails. Would he walk away with a push or a win?
The Baltimore offense sealed the deal with less than 2 minutes left in the contest. Jackson handed off to Flowers on a reverse and the rookie from Boston College scampered 37 yards for a touchdown. What a way to win a six-figure bet on a holiday weekend! Congrats!
๐จ BIG BET ALERT ๐จ
A customer put $50,000 on Jaylen Waddle Anytime TD (+160) vs. NY Jets ๐
Possible Payout: $130,000 ๐ฐ pic.twitter.com/mEz5LBhOuK

Things didn't go as well for a sports bettor at DraftKings, who suffered a terrible break by betting on Jaylen Waddle to score a touchdown. The wager in and of itself looked good on paper. The Dolphins were heavy favorites against the Jets, and everyone knew that Sauce Gardner would be focused on stopping Tyreek Hill.
All of that being said, the wager just didn't get home. The Dolphins scored 2 first-half touchdowns, one by Hill and the other on a 99-yard interception return by Jevon Holland. Miami proceeded to score 2 more touchdowns in the second half, but both of those came from running back Raheem Mostert.
To further add insult to injury on this bad beat, Waddle led the Dolphins in both receptions and receiving yardage. The former Alabama standout racked up 8 receptions for 114 yards but failed to hit pay dirt. As I often like to say in my other NFL column, "Props are fun, but they're a fickle beast!"
