Broncos vs Chiefs: 3 Player Prop Predictions for Christmas Day

Broncos vs Chiefs 3 Player Prop Predictions for Christmas

Week 17 of the 2026 NFL season is officially here, and we’re just two weeks away from knowing the finalized playoff field with seeding. Teams have just two more opportunities to solidify their spots, and there’s never been a more important week for them to come up big with their performances.

The Denver Broncos are massive favorites over the Kansas City Chiefs for this Thursday Night Football Christmas game, and we’re thinking they’re going to put their foot on the gas, putting forth a solid effort to help their case for the No. 1 overall seed in the AFC.

With that in mind, we’ve put our favorite Underdog player props together, hoping to sweep the board to cap a three-game slate on Christmas. Let’s get into it!

Bo Nix OVER 234.5 Passing Yards

Bo Nix has been on a tear over the past two weeks. He has struggled at times throughout the season, but he’s sixth on the year in passing yards, so he’s certainly capable of putting big games together.

He had a stellar 295-yard performance against the Chiefs earlier in the year, and considering KC is already knocked out of the playoffs, we’re anticipating another monster performance out of him. Look for Nix and his teammates to blow the brakes off the Chiefs, getting some offensive momentum heading into the playoffs. Don’t overthink taking his over here.

Troy Franklin OVER 33.5 Receiving Yards

Troy Franklin keeps increasing his role on the Broncos’ offense, as his relationship with Bo Nix seems to grow and develop with each passing week. Franklin has quickly become Nix’s favorite behind Courtland Sutton, who often draws the lion’s share of defensive coverage.

It’s not out of the realm of possibility for him to have 50+ yards on a given week, so we’re getting a slight discount with his line at 33.5. He’s blown past this in three of his past five outings, and we’re expecting more out of the same from him against a depleted Chiefs secondary.

Chris Oladokun UNDER 148.5 Passing Yards

Chris WHO? If you’re not a die-hard Chiefs or Pittsburgh Steelers fan, you might not know Oladokun’s name. He’s largely been a practice squad player since he was drafted in 2022, but is getting a starting opportunity on Christmas Day with Patrick Mahomes and Gardner Minshew out.

He performed fine in relief of Minshew last week, throwing for 111 yards, but this Broncos secondary is ruthless. We don’t anticipate him having much luck at all against them, so we’re fading his passing total as a result.
