Is it really Week 10 in the NFL regular season? Good grief! Time really does fly when you're having fun. We wait all year for football season, and it seems to pass by in the blink of an eye.
Our NFL player props continue to hover around the .500 mark. We suffered a disappointing 1-2 fate on Monday Night Football. Tyler Conkin cashed his receptions prop for us, but we endured two tough beats at the hands (literally) of Austin Ekeler and Keenan Allen. The Chargers continues to be one of those teams I just cannot figure out!
Ekeler dropped at least 4 easy receptions, which was really strange to see and painful for our bankroll. Allen made a crazy circus catch to burn our Under by a whopping 1.5 yards. Oh well, enough griping. Let's turn it around with our best player prop picks for NFL Week 10.
I think this is a nice price at Caesars, as my numbers made this around the -150ish mark where DraftKings has it at currently. Kirk has become Trevor Lawrence's favorite target in a Jags offense that's starting to hit its stride. The former Texas A&M Aggie has racked up 60 targets and 43 receptions in only 8 games.
Sure, this will be a tough matchup for the Jags against a ferocious 49er defense that'll be well rested coming off a bye. However, Jacksonville also got a bye last week so the rest factor should be fairly even. As good as San Fran's defense has been, they only rank 21st in opponent completion percentage (67.95%).
At the end of the day, the Jags are going to have to throw the ball to have any success in this game. Look for Kirk to get lots of looks coming out of the slot in this one. Take the Over!
Let me get this straight. The books are giving us a plus money price on one of the best tight ends in the league? Sign me up! Andrews was just targeted 10 times by Lamar Jackson last week against the Seahawks.
Yes, the Browns lead the league in a ton of defensive categories. They defend the tight end well, but Andrews is no ordinary tight end. He hauled in 5 receptions against the Browns back in Week 4 and I see no reason why he can't do the same this week.
Cleveland loves to blitz, and they lead the league in sack percentage (11.25%). I think this translates to Jackson trying to hook up with Andrews on some short slant routes to beat Myles Garrett and those fierce blitzes. Give me another Over!
At the risk of looking like a total square, I'm playing 3 Overs this Sunday! Dear goodness, hell may be freezing over, and pigs may be flying in the skies. I just can't pass up betting on Mike Evans against this thin Titans secondary.
Tennessee ranks 26th in opponent completion percentage, and they traded away their best defensive back a few weeks ago in Kevin Byard. As long as the Bucs O-line gives Baker Mayfield time to throw, Evans should cruise past this receptions number. The former Texas A&M star has garnered 60 targets and 37 receptions so far in 2023.
Evans has gone over this total in 5 of his 8 ball games this year. His median receptions number is 4.5, but again, the plus money price makes this one worth a flyer. Play the Over!
