Week 1 of the 2024 NFL season is in the books, which means we’ve got some numbers to crunch, film to break down, and week 2 player props to analyze. We’re thinking outside of the box and chasing some massive plus-money props with a few of our week 2 picks.
We’re riding the Cooper Kupp wave, targeting Brian Robinson Jr and Amon-Ra St. Brown to bounce back, and betting on an unknown Raiders receiver to find the end zone. Let’s swing big and hit big this week!
Robinson totaled 12 carries in a game script that heavily favored the pass last week in a 17-point loss to Tampa Bay. In Jayden Daniels’ home opener, expect Kingsbury and company to ease the former Heisman and 2nd overall pick into the game by utilizing Brian Robinson on the ground early on.
The Giants are coming off an abysmal game where they let up 14 carries for 94 yards to Aaron Jones. In the 1st quarter and then while milking the game in its final minutes, I’m looking for Robinson to have a big day on the ground.
Without Puka Nacua and facing the high-octane Cardinals offense, Cooper Kupp is bound to demand 15+ targets his way. Kupp has scored 6 TDs in 12 career games against Arizona and now with the Cardinals struggling in their secondary, Kupp has a real chance to have another stellar performance.
Kupp’s 21 targets last week ranked 1st among wideouts and similar to Nacua’s 2023 start, a back-to-back 15 target week is on tap for the superstar playmaker.

Tre Tucker | Yes Anytime Touchdown Scorer |
A popular bet this week, Tre Tucker is a name to keep your eye on in fantasy football leagues as well as his prop bets. In week 2, the Raiders are heavy underdogs against the Ravens.
Baltimore plays plenty of cover 1 and man defense which is something Tucker excels at beating. With the Ravens due to play from ahead most of this game, it won’t be surprising if Minshew dials up a few jump balls and tight throws against man where Tucker could easily come away with a score.
Tre ran just 9 fewer routes than Davante Adams last week and had the 11th best target separation among WRs across the league. A long shot bet to take in Week 2’s Sunday slate.
The ARSB bounce back game is on tap against Tampa Bay, where the scoreboard shouldn’t sit still for too long. St. Brown was extremely underwhelming last Sunday, catching just 3 balls for 13 yards in the Lions OT win against Los Angeles.
Heading into Tampa Bay, St. Brown should be able to find his connection with Goff again as the duo torched this defense for 380 total yards (124 from Amon-Ra) in their matchup last season.
There was only one stretch last season where St. Brown had two consecutive games with under 100 receiving yards - I’m not expecting that stretch to become true this early in the season.
