The online gaming scene in West Virginia is set to expand even more significantly as Caesars Entertainment and IGT PlayDigital announce their strategic partnership.
On Tuesday November 21, the management of Caesars Entertainment revealed that the company would be rolling out games from IGT PlayDigital to its West Virginia customers. This new offering is expected to be available on Caesars Palace Online Casino and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino in the state.
With this gaming launch, players above the age of 21 in The Mountain State will now have access to a variety of games promising impressive rewards. Good enough, IGT PlayDigital is already known for its portfolio of diverse themes and engaging gaming features.
One of the major game releases headlining this new partnership is Caesars Cleopatra. The game was recently produced by IGT and is exclusively curated for online casino platforms operated by Caesars Entertainment.
Among the game’s many features is a fusion of the classic ancient Egyptian theme and Caesars iconography. On the slot’s background, you’ll find the famous Caesars Palace towering columns.
“IGT PlayDigital’s Caesars Cleopatra is a standout game that reflects the talent of our studio teams and the Company’s leadership in leveraging its vast omnichannel content portfolio to build players’ cross-channel affinity for our games while also helping our customers grow and differentiate their casinos through superior content,” Gil Rotem, IGT President of iGaming said in a statement.
Caesars Cleopatra promises a maximum payout of 10,000x your line bet and an RTP of 95.02%. To clinch this prize, players are required to land five symbol combinations across any of the 20 fixed paylines. In addition, the game features Cleopatra Bonus! which triples rewards and increases the chances of hitting the top prize.
Speaking on the introduction of the Caesars Cleopatra title, Ricardo Cornejo Rivas, Vice President of Online Gaming at Caesars Digital expressed his satisfaction with the game and the diversity it brings into the company’s catalog.
“We are thrilled to have IGT PlayDigital’s vast suite of games available on Caesars Palace Online Casino and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino in West Virginia. This exciting game catalog is a perfect complement to the standout Caesars Cleopatra title on our platform,” Rivas stated.
The partnership with IGT is just another step for both companies to expand their reach within the US gaming industry. IGT, on the one hand, recently applied for a responsible gaming certification from the Global Gaming Guidance Group (G4) in the Netherlands.
This accreditation is specifically targeted at its PlayDigital segment. Overall, the partnership represents a net positive for Ceasars which is also looking to champion responsible gaming in its active markets.
Furthermore, Caesars Entertainment is taking significant leaps to improve its service range across the country. It launched Caesars Palace Online Casino as recently as August 2023. This platform provides a strictly casino gaming alternative to the company’s customers, thanks to its more diversified range of slots and live gaming titles.
The Caesars Palace Online Casino has since gone live in four states, namely Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Similarly, the company unveiled a Caesars Sportsbook in Kentucky, emerging as one of the first sports betting operators in the Bluegrass State.
In addition, Caesars Sportsbook recently set a new record for the highest betting handle on a motorsports event at the Las Vegas Grand Prix in November. It surpassed the numbers posted from the popular Daytona 500 and was reported to have been over seven figures.
As the year draws to a close, the company is hoping to have one of its profitable years in the last decade. Its giant strides in West Virginia and other parts of North America might just be instrumental to attaining this goal.
