Rockets vs. Warriors 3 Player Props for Game 6

Happy Friday! It’s been a great week of NBA action thus far, as most teams have clinched a spot in the next round of the playoffs. The New York Knicks got it done last night, while the Los Angeles Clippers forced a Game 7 to determine who will play the Oklahoma City Thunder in the next round.

Tonight, the Golden State Warriors have an opportunity to punch their ticket to the next round to face the Minnesota Timberwolves, but the Houston Rockets aren’t going to go away quietly, either. It will be interesting to see how this game goes down, seeing what players will make the biggest difference in this one. We’ve got you covered with our favorite player prop picks from Underdog, hoping to sweep the board after going 1-2 last night. Let’s get into it!

Steph Curry OVER 25.5 Points

Steph Curry has not looked like himself against the Rockets. His scoring numbers have been shockingly poor given his history in the playoffs, making fans wonder if this is the beginning of the end of Curry’s historic career.

However, even though he’s averaging just 23.4 points per game this series, we do like his odds of having 26+, especially since the Warriors have a chance to put the Rockets away. Curry isn’t scared of the big moment, and we project him to have a vintage game tonight, going over this projection of 25.5 points.

Jimmy Butler UNDER 21.5 Points

Taking the under here isn’t necessarily all about Jimmy Butler, but it’s more about Steph Curry and what we project from him in this game. With Curry handling a lot of the scoring production tonight, there will be limited opportunities for players like Butler to put up big numbers, so we’re fading him for one more game.

He did have 27 in Game 4, but with two performances in the single digits this series, we just can’t trust him tonight to be a consistent threat.

Alperen Sengun OVER .5 Double-Doubles

Sometimes, you just have to see one go through the hoop. This has been one of our favorite props throughout this series, and while it doesn’t have the same odds as a traditional prop (set at .79x on Underdog), it is a great piece in a parlay that we enjoy using.

Nothing is a sure thing in any sport, as we all know too well, but Alperen Sengun has been too consistent for the Rockets for us not to take the over on his double-double line. He’s achieved this mark in three of his past four games, and with so much on the line, we expect Sengun to be extra aggressive on the glass to hit this over with ease.
