Pacers vs. Cavs Predictions 3 Player Props for Game 2

Happy Tuesday to all! Another day means another opportunity to tune into some NBA action, and we’ve got two great games on the slate tonight. The first is between the Indiana Pacers and the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the second is between the Golden State Warriors and the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Both games should provide lots of drama and excitement, but from a player prop perspective, we’re going to focus our efforts on the first game of the night. Will the Cavaliers come back and tie the series?

Or, will the Pacers pull ahead with a 2-0 series lead heading back to Indiana, putting a big wrench into the Cavaliers’ awesome regular season? We’ll find out soon enough, so let’s dive into our top player props from Underdog and hope to sweep the board with our picks from the action!

Live player props data coming soon for Tyrese Haliburton.

Tyrese Haliburton UNDER 18.5 Points

Tyrese Haliburton hasn’t been the most consistent player when it comes to scoring. He has been strong in the assists category all year, just like he was last year, but has mainly deferred to his teammates to come up with the bulk of the Pacers’ points.

Haliburton did have 22 points in Game 1 against the Cavs, but considering his season average of just 18.6 PPG, we can’t trust him in this one. Look for Haliburton to be impactful in other ways, but be quiet in the scoring column, which is why we’re taking the under in this spot.

Live player props data coming soon for Donovan Mitchell.

Donovan Mitchell OVER 27.5 Points

If the Cavaliers want any chance of winning tonight to even the series, they’ll have to heavily rely on Donovan Mitchell. Mitchell did his part in Game 1, scoring 33 points, putting up a Herculean effort in the loss, and he’ll need to replicate that performance tonight and put the team on his back.

He has historically performed well against the Pacers, not just last night, so we feel good about taking the over on his point total, even though it might seem a bit high to the average fan at 28.5. He’s just too experienced a player to put up a dud, especially when it means so much.

Live player props data coming soon for Evan Mobley.

Evan Mobley UNDER 9.5 Rebounds

This has been one of our favorite unders to take all season. Evan Mobley is a great rebounder, but because he shares the post with Jarrett Allen, there are fewer opportunities than one would hope.

He has only had 10+ boards in one of his past five games, a sign that the Cavs don’t need him to be a strong rebounder to win games. He should play hard like he usually does, but we’re still taking the under in this spot, knowing his past performances.
