NBA Wednesday 3 Player Props and Predictions for March 19

We are just one day from the beginning of March Madness! Fans already got a taste of the action last night with two play-in games, and there are two more tonight to whet your whistle before the massive slate goes down tomorrow.

If you’re not quite ready to dive into March Madness tonight, and you’re still interested in the NBA, you’re in luck! There’s a great 11-game slate going down tonight, with several fantastic matchups to look forward to.

We’ve put our top Underdog player props together, hoping to enter the back half of the week and the weekend with some extra cash in our pockets! Yesterday yielded a frustrating 1-1 day, with Jayson Tatum not playing, but we’re confident in our ability to sweep the board this evening. Let’s get into it!

Paolo BancheroOver 24.5 Points
Paolo BancheroUnder 24.5 Points

Paolo Banchero OVER 25.5 Points

Paolo Banchero’s season has been nothing short of remarkable. He’s been a force to be reckoned with for the Orlando Magic all year, a matchup nightmare for opponents. He’s averaging 25.1 points per game on the season, which is impressive enough by itself, but his stats during March have been especially eye-popping, averaging nearly 30 PPG.

He’s on fire, and with a great opponent like the Houston Rockets on the docket tonight, we love his chances of soaring over this 25.5-point projection. He should play all game, as this one will likely be close until the final buzzer, giving him more than enough opportunities to cash in.

Live player props data coming soon for Zion Williamson.

Zion Williamson OVER 24.5 Points

We feel similarly about Banchero and Zion Williamson tonight, believing both players will dominate in their respective matchups. Williamson has been superb against the Minnesota Timberwolves throughout his career, averaging 28.4 PPG against them in nine career matchups.

While this sample size is relatively small, with the Timberwolves not having Karl Anthony-Towns in the post anymore, Williamson will have plenty of opportunities to drive the lane with a mismatch, which could result in some highlight-worthy dunks.

This should be another close game, especially if Anthony Edwards comes to play, and we could see two superstars trading blows and scoring in bunches.

Nikola JokicOver 9.5 Assists
Nikola JokicUnder 9.5 Assists

Nikola Jokic OVER 9.5 Assists

Will we be witnessing a Western Conference Finals sneak peek tonight? The Denver Nuggets are headed to Los Angeles to take on the Lakers, a matchup that many people are excited about. It would be more exciting if LeBron was playing, but this should be a good game regardless of who is on the floor.

We debated several different props from many players ahead of this matchup but decided to hone in on Nikola Jokic. Jokic is typically a triple-double machine, but his assist totals have been lackluster lately, not having double-digits in this category in his past five games.

However, we expect that to change tonight in a tough battle, with both teams needing to do whatever possible to come away with a win. Look for The Joker to be a great facilitator this evening, recording at least 10 assists and getting back on the triple-double train.
