Happy Wednesday! We are gearing up for another awesome night of NBA action, with nine games taking place. Underdog has us covered with a plethora of player props to choose from, giving us plenty of opportunities to sweep the board with our picks.
We gave out three props yesterday and hit on all of them, so let’s attack the slate with confidence and go for another sweep!
The Boston Celtics are taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight, and it’s going to be an all-hands-on-deck situation if they want to beat them. This is going to be a fantastic matchup for fans across the league to tune into, as these are two of the best teams in the NBA.
Whether this is an NBA Finals preview remains to be seen, but it’ll be a good chance to see how these teams match up with each other. Derrick White has been on a tear for the Celtics this year, a player who has consistently been reliable alongside Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum.
Tatum and Brown seem to trade off when they have big nights, but White has had at least 16 points in three of his past five games, a big help to this team’s chances of winning games. Look for him to be a great contributor for the Celtics again tonight, potentially having more than 20 points to easily hit the over in this spot.
Player | Prop | Price |
---|---|---|
Josh Hart | Under 9.5 Rebounds | |
Josh Hart | Over 8.5 Rebounds |
Josh Hart is an anomaly. He’s a guard who averages nearly 10 rebounds per game, which doesn’t happen too often for players in his position. Hart isn’t afraid to crash the glass against more physically imposing opponents, which helps him rack up boards every night.
We love his odds of having at least 10 tonight against the Portland Trail Blazers, who aren’t exactly the best shooting team in the world. The New York Knicks could take a big lead in this game, which could limit Hart’s playing time down the stretch, but we think he’ll still achieve this mark before he’s taken out.
Fading Nikola Jokic is never easy to do, but it’s what we’re doing tonight in the Denver Nuggets’ clash with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Jokic has been great in the assist and points categories against the Timberwolves in the past, but he’s struggled to put the hurt on them on the glass.
He’s had single-digit rebounds against them in five of their past six meetings including the playoffs, and we just can’t trust him tonight as a result.
