After some NBA Cup Group Play last night, the Lakers are back in action as King James and company try to end the Spurs' four-game win streak, while Evan Mobley and the Cavs look to jump to 18-1 against a struggling Atlanta defense.
Player | Prop | Price |
---|---|---|
Evan Mobley | Over 16.5 Points | |
Evan Mobley | Under 16.5 Points |
Mobley and the 17-1, yes 17-1 Cleveland Cavaliers face the Atlanta Hawks in a Wednesday night conference matchup. Mobley has been a key piece of Cleveland’s offense thus far and although scoring less than 15 points in back-to-back games for just the second time this season, this matchup against Atlanta looks to be a great one.
Atlanta allows the most three-pointers per game and the 3rd most points per game. Furthermore, Atlanta has given up 120+ points in each of their last three games. Mobley is in a great spot here to get back on track offensively - especially from beyond the arc.
The Wizards have lost 12 in a row and are looking to stop the skid at home against the Clippers tonight. Bilal Coulibaly is a player we have seen tremendous strides in as he continues his solid sophomore campaign, becoming more of a ball handler and playmaker.
Bilal has gone over 8 RA in five of his last six outings while playing 35-40 minutes in most games this season. In a fast-paced game, I’m expecting Coulibaly to fill up the stat sheet at home - where he averages 8.4 RA this season.
Kris Dunn and the Clippers are looking for a much-needed away victory in Washington tonight where they will match up against one of the worst defensive units in the association. Dunn should be a key piece tonight, playing around 25 MPG for Ty Lue’s Clippers.
Although coming off a game where he didn’t make a 3-pointer, Kris has only had 5 of 19 games this season without a 3-pointer and faces a Wizards team allowing over 14 three-pointers to opponents. Take Dunn in this spot.
After a blowout loss to the Phoenix Suns, Los Angeles looks to get back on track against a Spurs team that has now won four games in a row with Victor Wembanyama, Stephon Castle, and company playing their best basketball of the season.
With James putting up less than 20 points in back-to-back games for the first time this season, it’s difficult to see James go for less than 23 tonight against wing defenders such as Castle, Harrison Barnes, and Keldon Johnson. On back-to-backs this season, King James has scored 26.5 PPG in two instances.
