G Nickeil Alexander-Walker (ATL) OVER 2.5 Threes
Alexander-Walker is coming off a rough night against Chicago, scoring just 9 points on Sunday in Atlanta’s two-point 152-150 loss at home. He will look to bounce back in this game, given he hasn’t had two straight games with under 3 threes made since mid-November.
NAW is a key piece, and with Dyson Daniels and Porzingis due to miss this contest, this is the best bet of the night as he is bound to get plenty of opportunity as a 20 PPG scorer in his best season of his career.
F Peyton Watson (DEN) OVER 15.5 Points & Rebounds
The lanky Denver wing is back and will look to have his second straight positive game tonight against Dallas. Watson has been key for the Nuggets with the absence of Braun and Gordon, averaging 16 PPG without Gordon and 14.5 PPG without Braun this year.
He is shooting a career high 41% from beyond the arc and can really score at all three levels at this point in his career. Look for another breakout night for the young two-way wing. He dropped 15 & 5 against Dallas in their last outing.
G Davion Mitchell (MIA) OVER 9.5 Points
Mitchell will take on his old team tonight in the Toronto Raptors as Miami looks to stay above .500 heading into Christmas. This Toronto team has struggled as of late against the guard spot, allowing big games to Payton Pritchard, Kevin Porter Jr., and Jalen Brunson over the last week and a half.
After a Miami loss to Toronto about a week ago, I’ll take their primary playmaker to get off to a quick start. Mitchell has scored 16 & 12 points against Toronto as a member of the Heat.
