Happy Thursday, all! We have slightly more than a month until the NBA’s regular season wraps up, giving teams limited time to solidify their spot in the standings.
With that being said, every game means a bit more at this point in the season, and big-time players need to make sure they put their best foot forward for their teams to have the best chance of winning.
With that in mind, we’ve studied Underdog’s player props for tonight’s five-game slate, hoping to sweep the board for the third straight night. Let’s get into it!
Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 47.5 Points, Rebounds & Assists
This game is going to be a battle. The Milwaukee Bucks are facing off against the Los Angeles Lakers tonight in a matchup between two of the best teams in the league.
Because of this highly touted matchup, we expect all of the stars in this game to shine, including Giannis Antetokounmpo. He is one of the only players in the league that matches up well with LeBron James, and we’re anticipating a big performance from him tonight, going over this highly projected PRA line.
Plus, he’s coming off a 19-point game, which is an anomaly for him, so a bounce back is on the horizon in this one. Take this over with confidence!
Paolo Banchero OVER 25.5 Points
The Orlando Magic have lost six of their past seven games, plummeting their positioning in the Eastern Conference ranks. Thankfully for Magic fans, Paolo Banchero has not been the team’s biggest issue, as he’s still been awesome and a prolific scorer throughout these trying times.
Banchero has averaged nearly 30 points per game during this span, putting the team on his back and making sure he does his part. We like his chances of having another strong-scoring outing against the New Orleans Pelicans tonight, scoring at least 26 points with the potential for 30+.
Steph Curry OVER 4.5 Three-Pointers Made
We’re riding the hot streak with Steph Curry tonight, who has made at least five three-pointers in five of his past seven games.
The best three-point shooter in league history continues to dominate his opponents, a trend we expect to continue against the Los Angeles Kings tonight in an inter-state matchup. Curry isn’t slowing down anytime soon, and much like Banchero, he should put the Warriors on his back and hit at least five threes in this one.
