Happy Tuesday to all! If you woke up wanting a massive NBA slate to watch and bet on tonight, you might want to go to bed. There are just four games taking place this evening, which could make some people disappointed. However, we’re taking a more optimistic approach, especially considering Underdog still has plenty of player props for us to bet on and make the action more exciting! We’ve put our favorite plays together from the evening, hoping to make up for last night’s 1-1-1 performance, as we gave out a prop for Jayson Tatum, but he didn’t play. Let’s get into it!
We have a feeling that it’s Evan Mobley’s night to shine. All of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ main players are healthy and back in the fold, an opportunity for this team to mesh and gel ahead of what many believe will be a deep playoff push.
They are one win away from tying their season-high streak of 15 wins, which shouldn’t be a problem against the Brooklyn Nets. Look for the Cavaliers to win big, powered by a massive night from Evan Mobley in the points, rebounds, and assists categories. He’s been a beast all year, and we expect that trend to continue this evening.
There was a period of time earlier this season when Cade Cunningham’s assist lines were set between 9.5 and 11.5. He’s cooled down in that area during March thus far, averaging just 7.6 assists per game, which includes five in each of his past two games.
We believe this to be the exception to the rule for Cunningham, who should bounce back against a lowly Washington Wizards team tonight. The Detroit Pistons should get up early thanks to Cunningham’s assist totals, and we’ll hopefully see him cash in over by the end of the third quarter, if not sooner.
Call us crazy, but we’re fading James Harden’s points total tonight. Harden has been awesome over the past three games, scoring 29, 27, and 50, but this stretch is more of an anomaly than a common occurrence for him.
He’s only averaging 22.2 points this year, an average that we think he’ll be closer to tonight than he has over these past three games. 25.5 is too rich for us in this matchup with the New Orleans, and for that reason, we’re out on The Beard tonight.
