Celtics vs. Knicks Predictions 3 Player Props for Game 6

The Boston Celtics did what not many expected them to do, forcing a Game 6 with the New York Knicks. They are going to be without Jayson Tatum for the foreseeable future due to his Achilles injury, but they found a way to win without him, at least for one game.

Making the Eastern Conference Finals without him could prove to be a tall task, but stranger things could happen!

From the standpoint of a basketball fan, we’re certainly hoping the Celtics can force a Game 7. Regardless of the result, we’ve put together our favorite player props from Underdog from this one, hoping to have a little more on the action to make this contest even more exciting. Without further ado, let’s get into it!

Live player props data coming soon for Derrick White.

Derrick White OVER 20.5 Points

This is, by far, our favorite prop of this game. Derrick White is coming off a 34-point outing, which included seven made three-pointers. While he might not have another 30-point game, there’s no reason for us to believe that he’ll have less than 21 points in this one, especially with Tatum out.

This team is reliant on White and Jaylen Brown to account for a lot of their scoring, and we’re excited to see what he’s capable of in an increased role. Don’t sweat the over on this one, especially considering it’s a must-win game for the Celtics.

Live player props data coming soon for Karl-Anthony Towns.

Karl-Anthony Towns UNDER 1.5 Assists

KAT has been a great addition for the Knicks all season, a fantastic player for them all over the court. Whether it’s with his rebounding, points in the paint, or defense, he is a multi-faceted player who provides lots of value.

However, he’s not much of a passer, only averaging 3.1 assists per game during the regular season, and just .4 in this series. The Knicks have plenty of other distributors, so we’re betting that Towns will keep it simple in this one, sticking to the areas where he’s most proficient.

Live player props data coming soon for Al Horford.

Al Horford OVER 1.5 Made Three-Pointers

LeBron James might be dominating at the age of 40, but Al Horford is certainly hanging in there at the ripe age of 38. He’ll turn 39 by this year’s NBA Finals, a player who is the picture of consistency in a lot of ways.

Horford isn’t the player he once was, at least in terms of speed and overall athleticism, but he has enough gas in the tank to be a meaningful contributor for the Celtics. He’s not afraid to shoot from beyond the arc, and with the Celtics needing to put up a lot of points to take the Knicks down, we believe Horford will have at least 2 made three-pointers by the end of the game.
