Happy Tuesday to all you sports fans out there! It’s another day, so we have more NBA action to tune into, as there are three games on the slate tonight.
While all three of them should be solid matchups, we’re especially dialed into the battle between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Indiana Pacers. The Pacers dominated the Bucks from the jump in Game 1, so we’re interested in seeing how Milwaukee bounces back in this one.
With all of this in mind, we’ve compiled our favorite player props from the action, all of which are from Underdog. Let’s get into it!
We got burned by taking the under on Jalen Brunson’s point total, a lesson to not fade star players in important matchups. Giannis is the heart and soul of the Bucks in all aspects of the game, and we believe he’s going to take over and deliver another monster performance.
He put up 36 in Game 1, and with the Bucks down 1-0 in the series, this is his time to shine and to put the team on his back, putting up at least 33 to hit the over in this spot.
Tyrese Haliburton’s role on the Pacers has transformed throughout the season, and it’s a lot different than what he did last year. He’s less of a scoring threat than he has been in years past, which we’re chalking up to better talent on the Pacers.
The team has surrounded him with a fantastic supporting cast, which has helped Indiana turn into one of the best teams in the East. He’s happy with his role as a distributor, a role he has excelled at throughout his career, so we’re taking the over on his assist line as a result.
The Bucks play staunch defense, but Haliburton should be able to break through and log at least 11 assists by the time the final buzzer sounds.
Bucks fans are excited to see Damian Lillard back in the starting lineup for the first time since his DVT diagnosis was announced. He and Victor Wembanyama have both suffered from this ailment, but with the San Antonio Spurs out of the playoff hunt, they elected not to bring Wemby back.
It’s unclear how Wemby would have played after this injury, and we’re not sure what Lillard is going to look like after several weeks off. While we’re certainly hoping the best from the sharp-shooting veteran, we’re taking the under on his point total until we’ve watched him for a game or two.
