2 PrizePicks NBA Props for Thursday, May 11

We have a pair of Game 6 matchups tonight as the NBA playoffs roll on. Philadelphia will try to close out Boston at 7:30 Eastern. Denver will attempt to do the same against Phoenix in the 10 PM tilt. Both games can be seen on ESPN.

Surprisingly, oddsmakers are expecting both of these series to go to Game 7s. The Celtics are a 2.5-point road favorite over the 76ers tonight. The Suns are also favored by 3 at home over the Nuggets.

Ready for more NBA Playoffs action tonight? We got you covered! Here are 2 PrizePicks NBA Props for Thursday, May 11. Let's ride!

De'Anthony Melton UNDER 7.5 Points

Melton averaged 10.1 points per game during the regular season, but he's been a non-factor for most of this series against the Celtics. The former USC Trojan just isn't getting as much time on the floor, and it's hurting his overall production. He averaged almost 28 minutes per game during the season but has stayed under that amount in 4 of the 5 games against Boston.

The 6-2 point guard only scored 4 points in Game 5 after not scoring at all in Game 4. He's stayed under this point total in 3 of his last 4 games. We don't see that narrative changing in Game 6, so we'll gladly play the Under.

Boston is also a tough matchup for Melton. The Celtics rank 3rd in defensive efficiency and effective field goal percentage. They also rank 5th in points allowed. DraftKings has this juiced at -140 for a reason. Take the Under!

Kevin Durant OVER 5.5 Assists

KD has been more of a facilitator of late, which is why he's gone over this assist number in 3 straight ball games. Durant passes the ball exceptionally well for a guy who is 6-10. The former Texas Longhorn also isn't shy about kicking the ball out to an open man if the Nuggets try to double-team him.

Durant has a favorable matchup tonight against Denver. The Nuggets are strong in some defensive areas, but they rank just 15th in assists allowed per game. They also only rank 19th at defending two-point shots.

Faithful readers of our column know that we like to select player props with some market support behind them. We definitely have that with this play. BetMGM is pricing this Over at -140, while some other online sportsbooks have the juice even higher at -150. Let's play the Over on Durant's assist prop!

Thanks so much for reading, and best of luck with all of your NBA plays tonight!
