The 2023 ZOZO Championship tees off on Thursday, October 19 at Accordia Golf Narashino Country Club in Chiba, Japan.
According to DraftKings, Xander Schauffele is the favorite at +700 odds to win the whole shebang. Collin Morikawa is next in line, with odds of +1200.
We don't have a pick for the outright winner, but we did dig up 9 best bets. Check them out below! Good luck!
Lee has missed the cut in 4 of his last 6 events. While he did have success at the ZOZO in 2021 when he finished 18th, he stumbled to a 59th place finish last year.
We are taking Dahmen over him here as his success over the last 2 seasons here at ZOZO. In 2020, Dahmen finished 8th and last year he was a respectable 16th place finish.
He is coming off a tie for 7th at the Shriners and should be able to continue that strong play into the ZOZO.
Alex Noren is coming off a 3rd place finish at the Shriners and has had good starts at the ZOZO over the last couple years. He finished 18th last year after he finished 17th the year prior.
Schenk has also had some success at the ZOZO but failed to make the cut last week at the Shriners. Noren’s consistency should pay off here in this matchup.
Rickie had failed to finish inside the Top 40 in both 2020 and 2021 here at the ZOZO. However, last year he put it together and finished runner-up.
Keegan Bradley, our pick here, was the man that won this tournament outright last year.
He came in 7th the year prior and 13th the year prior to that. Neither have played since the TOUR Championship but we expect Keegan to continue his superior play here at the ZOZO.
Hoge missed the cut at the Shriners but had finished 21st at the BMW and 13th at the Sanderson. Here at the ZOZO, Hoge has continuously finished better than the year before.
In 2020, Hoge limped in with a 47th place finish. The year following, he played better and finished 17th prior to his career best, 9th place finish in 2022.
Taylor has only played here once in the last 4 years and finished 63rd which is near the very bottom of the field, as there is no cut here.
Champ is off to a hot start in 2023-2024 season. He picked up a 9th place finish at the Sanderson Farms Championship before finishing 18th last week at the Shriners.
He has experience here at the ZOZO. Having competed in both 2020 and 2022, he managed to collect an 8th place finish in each of his starts.
He should be in contention on Sunday and a Top 30 finish being nothing more than a formality.
Dahmen finished 16th here last year and a career best 8th in the previous year. His recent form has been just as strong.
Before his 7th place finish last week at the Shriners, he was good enough to finish 13th at Sanderson.
We know Dahmen has the chops to get inside the Top 30 here and that is exactly what he will do.
Hoge has gradually played better here at the ZOZO. After finishing 47th in 2020, he finished 17th in 2021 and then last season, he was able to get a Top 10 finish.
He did just miss the cut at the Shriners but was able to finish inside the Top 30 in 4 of his last 7 starts.
Schenk missed the cut at the Shriners last week but had been coming off a tie for 9th in the TOUR Championship. He also had a 6th place finish back in August at the St Jude Championship.
He is also coming of his best finish here at the ZOZO where he finished 16th last season.
Keegan won this tournament outright last year and has yet to finished outside the Top 20. He is coming off a 9th place finish at TOUR Championship.
Bradley is also playing with a chip on his shoulder after he was passed on for the Ryder Cup. He’d like to prove himself correct and any doubters wrong.
