Luka Doncic OVER 30.5 Points
Luka's not been playing as many minutes of late, and it's hurt his scoring production. That said, we're expecting him to be on the floor for most of the game tonight. Dallas faces off against Philly in part 1 of TNT's usual Thursday doubleheader.
Doncic has a knack for playing his best ball when the lights are the brightest. That's why we were a bit shocked to see PrizePicks offering this number at 2 points less than both FanDuel and PointsBet. You don't find that kind of value on a star player too often, so we'll jump on board.
For the season, Luka is averaging 33.2 points per game. He's also averaging slightly more than that at home (33.8). The former Rookie of the Year scored 33 against the 76ers back on February 4th, and we're expecting a repeat performance tonight.
Kyrie Irving OVER 5.5 Assists
We might as well play Luka's superstar teammate for play number two of the evening. Irving has been an assists machine since coming over to Dallas from Brooklyn. He's averaging 8.2 assists per game over his last 5 outings, which is something that definitely caught our eye when considering this Over.
The former Duke star has gone over this assists number in 5 of the 7 games he's played in a Mavs uniform. We also like that Irving racked up 10 assists against Philly back on January 25. Sure, he was still in Brooklyn when that happened, but we think it's still worth something.
Philly's defense is pretty stout in some categories. However, the Sixers only rank 28th in fast break points allowed. Irving may be able to get some easy assists because of that glaring weakness.
Bradley Beal OVER 1.5 Made Three-Pointers
Wow! Three straight Overs on today's card! Are we getting sick or something? Anyway, the value is clearly with the Over on Beal's 3-pointer prop. He's averaging 1.7 made shots from downtown this season.
The former Florida Gator has also shot the ball much better from 3-point land at home (43%). That's probably a big reason why BetRivers is juicing the Over at -141.
Toronto's defense is awful at defending three-pointers. The Raptors rank 27th in the league in 3-point field goal percentage. Oh, and Beal has gone over this total in 18 of 28 career games against Toronto!
