Top 4 WNBA Player Prop Bets for Wednesday, July 10

We’re just a week away from the WNBA’s All-Star and Olympic break, a month-long hiatus for women’s basketball during the 2024 regular season. The race for the playoffs is starting to take shape with multiple teams vying for the top eight spots in the 12-team league.

With 10 of the 12 teams playing mid-day games on Wednesday, July 10, what can bettors expect to see in these games? We’ll cover the top four WNBA player prop bets for today’s WNBA games below.

Indiana Fever’s Caitlin Clark OVER 32.5 Pts + Reb + Ast

Indiana started the season losing 10 of their first 13 games against some of the better teams in the WNBA. Since mid-June, the Fever has been hot – winning six of their past nine games to climb back into the playoff conversation.

It’s no coincidence that their improved play on the court comes as rookie sensation Caitlin Clark has found her footing in the league. Clark has exploded for five double-double games in the past month, including the first-ever triple-double by a rookie in league history.

With Clark hitting on all cylinders, expect the guard to continue her hot streak against the Washington Mystics. In two previous games against the Eastern Conference foe, Clark has finished 36 or more points, rebounds, and assists combined in both games.

Chicago Sky’s Angel Reese OVER 13.5 Rebounds

After a four-game losing streak in June, Chicago rebounded to win four of the next seven games for an eighth place standing in the WNBA. The Sky has taken advantage of an easier portion of their schedule, but the next three games before the All-Star break after Wednesday’s contest are against the two teams that made the 2023 WNBA Finals.

It’s hard to suggest that one player can earn over 14 rebounds in a single game, but rookie forward Angel Reese has been dominant with starting center Elizabeth Williams out for the season.

In last week’s matchup, Reese recorded 19 rebounds against the Atlanta Dream. Expect her to record at least 14 rebounds again on Wednesday afternoon.

Las Vegas Aces’ Kelsey Plum OVER 2.5 3-Point Field Goals

After winning the 2023 WNBA Finals, the Aces struggled out of the gate this season. Las Vegas was 6-6 before the team strung together six straight victories since June 19. Included in that winning streak was a victory over the Seattle Storm.

One reason the team’s fortunes have turned around is the re-emergence of Kelsey Plum. The guard has scored over 20 or more points in six of those last nine games, helping Las Vegas earn their third-place standing in the Western Conference.

Plum has been red-hot from the three-point line during July, hitting over 52 percent from deep in four games. The 5-foot-8 guard has both hit and missed this mark against Seattle in previous matchups, so predicting Plum to cash in three times from behind the arc is the best wager for this player prop bet.

Phoenix Mercury’s Kahleah Copper OVER 23.5 Points

Phoenix has hovered around the .500 mark all season, but the Mercury are currently on a two-game winning streak. The Wings is one of the two teams Phoenix has beaten over the last week, and the Mercury will attempt to pull off a third victory over Dallas to close out their regular season matchups.

One reason Phoenix has won games is guard Kahleah Copper. The 6-foot-1 guard has poured in 22.5 points per game this season, a stat good enough for third place in the WNBA.

Against Dallas this season, Copper has averaged 31.7 points in those three outings. Expect similar results here as Copper covers this player prop bet.
