Crazy Bets that Cashed During the NFL Week 11 and CFB Week 12 Slates

Welcome to Monday and our weekly look at the craziest bets that cashed from last week in the world of sports betting. The NBA made its Crazy Bets debut last week and it makes another appearance for us this week as well.

This week’s column features a little bit of everything: large straight wagers, a 1st TD prop bet, and a Same Game Parlay. Since this is Thanksgiving week, we want to wish all of our faithful readers a very Happy Thanksgiving. We are thankful that you choose to check out EWB on a regular basis.

Sports Bettor at DraftKings Cashes In 1st TD Prop

This sports bettor at DraftKings Sportsbook started off his weekend in grand fashion by winning a nice 1st TD prop bet. This savvy gambler bet $100 that New England Patriots wide receiver Nelson Agholor would score the first touchdown on Thursday Night Football.

This was one of those lovely rocking chair-winning bets that cashed early. Rookie QB Mac Jones found Agholor for a 19-yard touchdown strike early in the second quarter.

The score gave the Pats a 9-0 lead and sent this bettor at DraftKings home with a payout of $1,600! That’s a heck of an ROI for only a $100 investment! Big congrats to this fella!

Gambler at FanDuel Wins Incredible NBA Same Game Parlay

We typically reserve our Crazy Bets column for just the NFL and college football. However, for the second week in a row, an outstanding NBA wager caught our attention.

FanDuel Sportsbook offers some of the best Same Game Parlay odds out there and one bettor decided to take advantage of those generous odds and place a 9 leg Same Game Parlay on the Friday night matchup between the Dallas Mavericks and Phoenix Suns.

The nerve-wracking part of this wager came down to three-point shooting. Mikal Bridges had to make at least three shots from beyond the arc and he hit exactly three. Chris Paul had to hit at least two three-pointers and he hit exactly two of them.

Though he probably had to be put on blood pressure medication, this bettor walked away with an outstanding payday. His total bet of $200 paid out $42,000! WOW, it’s not every day you win a bet big enough to send your kid to college!

Two College Football Bettors at Caesars Cash Gigantic Wagers

Two high-rolling sports bettors cashed out in a big way on college football Saturday. One guy bet $220,000 on Michigan (-15) over Maryland. Another fella with deep pockets bet $220,000 on Oklahoma State (-10.5) over Texas Tech.

Neither of these large wagers was ever in doubt. Michigan jumped out to a 14-0 lead over Maryland and never looked back. The Wolverines ended up beating the Terps 59-18 and sent our one bettor home $200,000 richer.

The Oklahoma State wager followed a similar pattern. The Pokes led 13-0 at the half and the cover was never in question. Oklahoma State shut out Texas Tech by a score of 23-0. This sent our other Caesars Sportsbook bettor home with a $200K score!

NFL Bettor at Caesars Nails $200K Bet on the Colts +7 (+100)

An NFL bettor at Caesars Sportsbook ended his weekend in grand fashion. This guy was so confident in the Indianapolis Colts that he bet $200,000 on them to cover the +7 point spread against the Buffalo Bills.

This wager was a bit of a surprise, considering that many people still believe the Bills are the best team in the NFL. The Colts got out to a shocking 14-0 lead thanks to two touchdowns from stud RB Jonathan Taylor. Indy led 24-7 at the half and the Bills never got on track.

The Colts not only covered the spread but notched the outright road victory in blowout fashion! Congrats to this bettor on a fantastic call!
