We split a pair of MLB best bets yesterday. The Dodgers continued to stay hot, as they got the W over the reeling D'Backs. Unfortunately, the Orioles bullpen let us down once again against the Astros.

I never thought I'd say this, but I trust Alek Manoah more than I do Noah Syndergaard. Despite Manoah's early season woes (which were plentiful), he's 4-1 over his last 5 starts with an ERA of only 2.40. The same can't be said for Thor, who has been lit up for 23 earned runs over his last 5 outings.
I also prefer Toronto's bullpen over Cleveland's. The Jays pen ranks 5th in xFIP this season, while the Guardians only rank 14th. Jays relievers have an ERA of just 1.35 over their last 5 games.
Neither team is hitting the ball very well at all of late. However, Toronto has 6 hitters with an expected slugging percentage of over .400. Cleveland only has one with Jose Ramirez.
The Jays are in much better current form as well. They've won 5 of their last 6 games while the Guards have dropped 9 of 12. Let's lay the reasonable price here with Toronto!
