We stumbled to a 1-2 record with our NBA player props last night. Nikola Jokic had no trouble going over his rebounding prop, but unfortunately, that was our only winner of the evening. Our play on Aaron Gordon lost by the hook, and Kawhi Leonard fell 5 points shy of going over his point total.
The loss on Leonard was especially painful since we beat the closing line by 2 full points. CLV is a nice stat to track, but it doesn't pay the bills. Anyway, let's shake it off and move on!

We're glad that Fultz has resurrected his career in Orlando. Nevertheless, we're fading him in the rebounding category tonight against Memphis. The Grizzlies rank 2nd in the league in rebounding, so the matchup favors an Under in this spot.
For the season, Fultz is averaging 4.1 rebounds per game. The former Washington Huskies standout has stayed under this total in 30 of the 54 games he's played in. That's probably why Unibet is pricing this Under at -143.

We paused a bit with this play, mainly because Carter is only averaging 8.8 rebounds per game this season. Howevvvva (said in Stephen A. Smith's voice), Carter is averaging 9.3 rebounds in road games this year. He's also averaging 9.2 rebounds over his last 5 ball games.
The former Duke Blue Devil has grabbed 10 rebounds or more in 9 of his last 14, so he's done a good job on the glass of late. Memphis is a good rebounding team, but their fast pace makes them 28th in rebounds allowed per game. Let's play the Over!
Franz Wagner UNDER 1.5 Made 3-Pointers
Wow! We have 3 Orlando Magic players on the same card. That has to be a record! We like watching Wagner play, but he's had a rough go of it of late from beyond the arc. The former Michigan Wolverine is only shooting 19% from downtown over his last 5 outings.
Wagner has made 1 three-pointer or less in 6 of his last 8 ball games. That may be why SI Sportsbook is juicing the Under at -150. The matchup is also kind of tough because Memphis is 2nd in defensive efficiency and 10th in 3-point defense. We'll roll with the Under!
