We went 2-1 last night in the Association. That brings the yearly record to 103-87, which isn't too shabby. Mike Conley and Kelly Olynyk got the job done for us last night by cashing their respective player props.

Our only downer was on Jaren Jackson, who only ended up making 1 of his 4 three-point attempts. That's okay! We're never mad about a 2-1 evening, especially since we put a full unit on the Flex Play and only a half unit on the Power Play over at PrizePicks.

Let's stay hot with 3 PrizePicks NBA Props We Love for Tuesday, March 14. Let's keep building the bankroll before we shift gears toward the NCAA Tournament. Best of luck with all of your picks.

Donovan Mitchell UNDER 4.5 Assists

Mitchell has done quite well in Cleveland, and we expect him to be a scoring force for the Cavs for years to come. That being said, we're fading Mitchell in the assists department tonight.

The former Louisville star knows how to share the rock, but he's not been driving the lane and creating as much of late. Mitchell is only averaging 3.8 assists per game over his last 5 outings. That's probably why Unibet is pricing this Under at -143.

Digging deeper into Mitchell's current form made us like the Under even more tonight. He's stayed under this total number of assists in 8 of his last 9 games. Mitchell also only had 3 assists against this same Hornets team just 2 nights ago. Take the Under!

Josh Giddey OVER 5.5 Assists

Giddey has looked a lot more comfortable during his 2nd season with the Thunder. The 20-year-old Australian is averaging 6.2 assists per game this season, which pointed us toward the Over right away.

The 6-8 210-pound shooting guard has also been distributing the ball quite well lately. Giddey is averaging 8 assists per game over his last 5. That's another strong indicator for the Over.

Giddey didn't have any trouble exceeding this assists total the last time he played the Nets on January 15. He racked up 9 assists during that game, and we think he'll wind up with a similar amount in this one. Caesars is juicing the Over at -143.

Jalen Williams UNDER 4.5 Rebounds

Williams has been rebounding the ball at a high rate over the last few games, but we think some regression to the mean is in order for him tonight. The former Santa Clara standout is only averaging 4.3 rebounds per game this season.

The 21-year-old rookie is also only averaging 4.4 rebounds per game during home games. Williams also plays the shooting guard position, which means he isn't typically near the glass. That makes us think that the Under is the only way to play this one.

Brooklyn doesn't rebound the ball well at all, which is our only concern with this play. However, we're trusting in our numbers and in the market. BetRivers is juicing the Under at -143 for a reason. Let's ride with the Under!
