We went 2-1 for the 3rd straight day with our props picks! Jimmy Butler scored 23 points to cash our Over 21.5 ticket, and Jayson Tatum only made 1 three-pointer to easily win our Under 3.5 pick.

Our lone loser was on Joel Embiid, who grabbed 12 rebounds to bust our Under 11 ticket on him. While we'd have loved to have swept the board, we'll never complain about a 2-1 evening. We always advocate putting a full unit on the Flex Play and only a half unit on the Power Play when playing over at PrizePicks.

Now that the PSA is out of the way, here are 3 PrizePicks NBA Props for Tuesday, February 28. Let's stay hot, folks! Good luck with all of your action in the Association!

Pascal Siakam OVER 23.5 Points

There are some numbers that look wrong the minute you look at them. This is one of those rare occurrences where our numbers differ greatly from the oddsmakers. Pinnacle, one of the sharpest offshore books on the planet that caters to sharp players, juices this Over at -155.

For the season, Siakam is averaging 25.3 points per game. He's also done slightly better than that at home, with an average of 25.4. In 52 games this season, the former New Mexico State product has exceeded 23.5 points in 30 of them.

Siakam is also in excellent current form. He's gone over this point total in 7 straight games, and we don't see this Bulls defense slowing him down. Chicago is okay on the defensive end, but they rank just 17th in 2-point field goal percentage. Play the Over with confidence, folks!

Scottie Barnes UNDER 4.5 Assists

We'll play one of Siakam's teammates for our only Under of the evening. Barnes is a highly skilled young player, but he's only averaged 4 assists per game over his last 5 outings. He's also stayed under 4.5 assists in 7 of his last 10.

We're expecting the former Florida State star to do some damage in the scoring department. However, we don't think he'll be driving and dishing the ball too much in this game. As a team, Toronto ranks just 24th in assists per game.

The market also supports a play on the Under. Unibet is pricing the Under at -148, which is a strong indicator in our favor.

Talen Horton-Tucker OVER 1.5 Made 3-Pointers

Horton-Tucker isn't a superstar by any stretch of the imagination, but he's been getting a little more playing time for the Jazz of late. The former Iowa State Cyclone has made 2 three-pointers in 2 of his last 3 games, so his confidence should be high tonight against San Antonio.

Speaking of San Antonio, Horton-Tucker just made 2 shots from downtown against them on February 25. He should be able to channel those good vibes for another decent shooting performance.

The Spurs rank 30th in the league in 3-point defense, which is another reason to like this Over. We also have FanDuel juicing the Over at -140, which is something we always like to see.
