We finally found the winner's circle last night by going 2-1. It's always good to get back in the black after a few rough days. Ja Morant and Luguentz Dort both brought home wins for us, but Jalen Williams lost by the dreaded hook to keep us from a perfect 3-0 sweep.
Thursday's NBA board gives us 6 games to digest. TNT will host their usual doubleheader with a couple of fantastic matchups. The Knicks will take on the Celtics in the early tipoff, while the Suns will host the Mavs in the nightcap.

Zach LaVine OVER 25.5 Points
LaVine's yearly point average is a little bit less than this, but he's been hot as a firecracker of late. The former UCLA Bruin has scored 26 points or more in 6 of his last 9 games. He's also been hotter than blue blazes from three-point range by making 31 shots from downtown during that 9-game span.
Most of the US sportsbooks price this prop at 26.5 instead of 25.5 at PrizePicks. That tells us that we're on the right side. Try to look at each sportsbook as an individual data point about where the line should be.
LaVine should tear up the Hornets tonight. For lack of a better phrase, Charlotte's defense sucks. They only rank 27th in defensive efficiency and 25th at defending the three-pointer. Play the Over!
Chris Paul OVER 8.5 Assists
Here's another one where the value really jumped off the page at us. Caesars prices this with the Over juiced at -156 while DraftKings is right behind them at -155. Those are 2 data points that tell us that the Over is the more likely scenario.
CP3 is starting to show his age a bit. He missed 7 games due to a hip injury, which is a cause for concern for all Suns fans. That said, Paul has dished out 22 assists in 2 games since his return. Maybe the extra rest did him some good.
For the season, Paul has gone Over this number of assists in 15 of 28 games. He's also played against the Mavs 53 times in his career and has averaged 9 assists per game. The matchup is pretty favorable since Dallas only ranks 24th in defensive efficiency.
Jalen Brunson UNDER 3.5 Rebounds
We thought about making it 3 straight Overs, but it's just not in our nature. Brunson hasn't done much on the glass over his last 5 games. He's only averaged 2.6 rebounds per contest during that stretch.
The former Villanova Wildcat has done very well with his new team, but we don't see him coming down with 4 or more rebounds tonight. Brunson was only able to rack up 3 rebounds against Boston back on November 5th. For the season, he's stayed under this total number of rebounds in 26 of 46 games.
The Knicks will be facing off against the Celtics tonight. Boston isn't an elite rebounding team, but they do rank a respectable 15th in rebounds per game. Brunson's main damage will be done in the scoring column tonight, not in the rebounding department.
